Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I have founded one dark spot on my left palm. Earlier I thought it was an stain. I washed my hands 10 times but it is not going. Iam concerning it might be melanoma or some kind of skin cancer. Google is telling if a new mole or something has irregular border then it might be surely melanoma. Pleaze tell me what it is

I have 3 pimples on my chin. Please help me how to get rid of them asap. I've never had so many pimples

Sir, For the last few years I have been suffering with the Hard Skin issue in my Legs, feet, foot,  finger. In my finger the hard skin appears suddenly, gets cracked and goes within 1 week and in the feet it always stays. It's very dry and hard skin. Not much itchy.  In my feet there is small white hard skin circle ( no pain ) . I have a dandruff issue as well ( just mentioned) maybe it's related.. I use B-Tex, Moiz and Borolin ( when it gets cracked) in the legs and palms.  For hear I use moiz shampoo. Can you please help me so that I can get rid of it ? Here i attach some pictures.

I’m a 26-year-old male experiencing itching on my scalp, which has been increasing day by day. I consulted a doctor, and he prescribed ketoconazole shampoo, which I apply twice a week. However, I still have an itching on my scalp. For the past 3 years, I have also been experiencing hair fall, and my hair density has decreased. I lose around 20–30 hairs per day (I don’t know the exact count, but it’s not more than 30). What could be the cause, and what is the treatment for this?

Hello doc, After washing my face(day/night), my skin becoming red and feels itchy few seconds, after 5 min it will be normal I'm facing this issue since 1 year, at that time using mysore sandal soap recently few days(almost 2 weeks) back I have changed to plum oat ceramide face wash and earth rhythm moisturizer but now also feeling the same but itchy feeling little bit reduced now but not completely What should I do

From the last 2 years I am noticing overall scalp thinning, slow hair growth and reduced hair density. Along with this I have dandruff (white/yellow flakes) and dry scalp. Hair falls from root while shampooing and combing. No family history of baldness. I wash hair once in 10–15 days and do not apply oil. Kindly guide me about the possible reason, tests needed and treatment options.

I was diagnosed by a gynac and provided itraconazole 200 mg twice for 1 week and ones for other 2 weeks. Total 21 weeks of treatment. Fungal infection is near my thighs also it's been 1 week now iam taking this medicine. I have some relief from itching but not fully. And I don't know what to do about huge marks of fungal infection. M applying candid powder stay dry. And don't sweat. Shall I continue this medicating twice for another week or shall I follow gynac advice? I treated this online.
