Itching spot on my neck
I developed a patch on my neck that did not improve for several months. Initially, I used a luliconazole-based antifungal cream, but it did not show significant improvement. After that, I consulted a doctor who prescribed NIOSOL-F cream, to be applied twice daily. I used it for about one week and noticed significant improvement, and I have already shared the photos of the affected area. When I visited the doctor again after one week, he advised me to continue using the same cream once daily for an additional three weeks. However, I have learned that this cream contains a strong steroid. I would like to know whether it is appropriate and safe to use this medication for such a duration.
