I had a tiny white spot on right breast (noticed 12 years ago). It was just the same (no change in colour size or texture) until I delivered my first baby and started breast feeding. After I started breast feeding for 4 months, noticed the white spot skin peeling off once every 4-6 months. I stopped breast feeding, since 3 years, but that white spot skin peeling still occurs once every 4-6 months. No pain, no discomfort no other symptoms. But this white spot peeling doesn't go away. Should I be worried? Can this be breast cancer or something serious?

Hi there fellow Bengalurean.
No I don't believe it is anything to worry about and definitely not breast cancer or anything serious.
Having said this, it is always better at 40 to have a mammogram done and a consult for breast examination and I trust you will be doing self-examination as well on a regular basis. If not, do ask your treating doc to teach you this.
It would be advisable to go in for an INSTANT ONLINE Consultation even if from Bangalore at the 🚦 traffic leaves lot to be desired visiting clinics etc.
A clear digital pic 📥 will help better diagnose this white spot & will guide you further if any check biopsy is required once seen.
