So I'm facing hairfall from a few months. I did some common blood tests on my own. My Vitamin D is 25 B12 is 386 and Iron is 11 I have dandruff and itchy scalp also. I have low porosity hair. My hair length is okay but I have split ends. How can I stop my hairfall and make them thicker and fuller

My age is only 30, why my beard and moustache getting white day by day,no smoking habit.Please Give me solution

I’ve been on prescribe topical finasteride + minoxidil 5 percent for 4 years. It worked initially, but I’ve started thinning again, mainly crown/temples. Derms are pushing PRP and want me stop finasteride and minoxidil, but I’m skeptical since it doesn’t block DHT. Does continued thinning mean DHT suppression isn’t enough anymore? Would it make more sense to switch to oral finasteride or dutasteride instead of PRP? What’s the logical next step before considering a transplant?

2 days ago i observed this thing on my shoulder, on that day it was not this swollen and only redness was there, right now it's consistency is firm and pain or tenderness is absent, and it's a size of a pea, discharge is also absent and I never had this in my life Can u please tell me what is this and Should I get it checked or not

Currently, I use a gentle cleanser, light gel moisturizer, sunscreen in the morning, and at night salicylic acid 2% twice a week with niacinamide on other nights. Right now, I have no red, inflamed, or painful acne. Acne is largely under control. My main concerns are uneven texture, dullness, tiny whiteheads/comedones, and lack of smoothness compared to when I was on Faceclin. Skin is calm but not smooth yet. I want a long-term plan without antibiotics and guidance on whether to continue, adjust, or add something like a retinoid later.” So am I doing it right and how much it will take to see results?

Hello Doctor, I am a 26-year-old male. For the past few days, I have noticed round red ring-shaped patches on the back of my scalp. There is scaling/flaking over these areas, and the skin feels tender and painful when touched. The patches seem to be spreading gradually. There is no major discharge, but mild discomfort is present. I have not applied any medication yet. I am concerned it may be a fungal infection of the scalp and would like your evaluation and treatment advice.

I am suffering from fungal infection and strawberry skin. Actually, whenever I am using the medicine like fluconazole or ketoconazole, I get relief for a time being and later on the issue again arises. It's a long time whenever I am using the medicine, I get relief and later on it again, like I like suffer from the same problem And I am currently I'm using the cream as well. That is castor NF. It's too much frustrating, cause continuously suffering from the same issue. It's like literally too much frustrating for me. Please help me out. I really know that Flako Jal or ketoconazole cannot help it at all. Cause I used this medicine for a continuously 1 to 2 month and as soon as I stop the medication for 5 to 10 days again again, the same issue rises.
