I have persistent redness on the sides of the nose bridge and if i try to peel the skin it comes off as flaky skin. I develop new small white pimples in this area every day. The skin often feels irritated and inflamed. The condition has been ongoing and does not improve with regular skincare. I would like a proper medical evaluation to identify the cause and receive appropriate treatment.

Avoid OTC products usage (over the counter)
& Use a cleanser as opposed to 🧼🫧 soap.

It looks like seborrheic dermatitis, it is inflamed , might be because of creams that you used which mighr have given relief in the start csn aggrevate it later. Its not good to use over the counter creams . Please stop using any creams and consult a dermatologist to get appropriate treatment . Kindly get it treated as soon as possible
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
