Hi there
Since it's the weekend, suggest an immediate online consultation especially if you have been sexually active.
It could be one of multiple things and it's impossible to tell without a clear pic and a detailed description and assessment.
For reasons of discretion and privacy obviously an 📥 consultation would be desirable.
Herpes simplex infection or a bacterial folliculitis or pseudofollicuitis are differential diagnosis' off the cuff.
Next Steps
Online Consultation ASAP especially if Hsv infection as the faster the treatment is started the better the outcome and less chance of recurrence.
Health Tips
Avoid handling the area
antihistamine for the itching eg Fexofenadine180 for itch relief
HSV Ig G & IgM testing
Urine routine are some 🧪🧫 tests that could be done nearby and reports furnished.
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
