What is worse for hair health?
Option 1: Using heat on hair twice a week with heat protectant and deep conditioning once a week and a leave in conditioner Option 2: Getting a salon based treatment like Hair Botox/Nanoplastia every 3-4 months The idea is for hair to be more manageable and frizz free and I want to understand which out of the two options is less damaging in long term. Thank you so much in advance!

Both the options can be damaging especially since they are parlour based treatments you are advocating. Which is more or less damaging is "semantics" Suggest a detailed assessment and Consultation with a Qualified Dermatologist in-person or an Online Consultation for best results and to structure a plan that works for you 🥂
