Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello, Its a good thing you are aware about what is working for you and what is not. However since you're 18, a consent from your parents would be require. Isotretinoin is a drug whose regime is based on your body weight and should not be taken without your doctor's guidance.

Hi there.... Thanks for the pic A more detailed history and information is required including details of your medical history, personal history etc to help make a proper assessment and offer a clear treatment path. Since you are 18, parental consent will also need to be taken. Yes isotretinoin is a good option but the dosage will be based on your body weight and it should NOT be started without a prescription and Dermatologist's intervention. Don't know how accessible a Dermatologist 's Clinic is to you ... You can possibly consider an INSTANT Consultation or an ONLINE Consultation for best outcomes 🙏
Health Tips
Avoid OTC products and home remedies A certain battery of blood tests have to be done as per protocol prior to starting of Isotretinoin and your note appears to suggest you have already done these... kindly post these too.
