Breast random pain in left side and increase in left side.I feel sometimes there is something in my left breast and sometimes in both.what is it.why increasing left side

Even after 1 week of mensuration, during white discharge it is bleeding little. Generally it happens for 3-4 days post my periods, but this time it is extended for longer. I don't require to take sanitary napkin for this, but I do need to change the undergarments twice or thrice a day. Please suggest.

114 kgs and been my client for exercise to lose weight from february. Shes clean with her food habits. exercises 5 days a week and still lost 3 kgs only which is only muscle loss. She had done hormonal therapy to conceive and i suspect thats the issue as she has no periods for last few years.
