From past few days i noticed weird pain in the upper chest area and burning in the left breast ... I did a 2D echo which is clear ... Can this be hormonal

Hi, I am facing irregular periods ever since it started. Sometimes it happens twice a month and sometimes 4-5 months delay as well. It was never regular. What should I do? I used to consult a homeopathic dr. He always used to say nothing to worry, things will be fine later on. Okay, I did a few blood tests for office purpose some time back and then I figured out that I have lil high triglyceride level which was 350. I certainly gained some weight in the last couple of years. I've a very unhealthy lifestyle because of my office hours. Is it possible because of my unhealthy lifestyle this is happening? My wife is pragnant by 5 months. She is eating mango as she likes it... And its good to have seasonal food. Also she had taken too many bananas in last 5 months and feeling bored from banana. So for a change, she likes to have mangos. As of now she is eating average 5 mango in a day. We have found articles on Internet about benefits of having mangoes. And can have mangoes in pragnancy. But old age woman from our house suggesting her, not to have too much mango. Is it safe to have mango in pragnancy?

I consulted a gyno Dr on April, since my marriage is falling in between period cycle. Marriage date June 6th. On April my periods was expected to start on Apr 13th. She adviced to take medication from 8th to 18th April. I did the same. Once I stopped taking tablet, my cycle started on 25th. So on May month I should have got it on May 20th if new cycle followed or may 8th if same cycle followed asusual. But still I didn't get, can someone tell wat to be done. Shall I take the tablet again as I do not want it falling on marriage date or not to follow the tablet again. Tablet taken:Meprate 60mg, I usually get periods 5 days prior every month without fail. Expecting some replies as am confused and not having time now...

I recently had my laproscopy, hysterioscopy, DNC and i got to know my left fallopian tube is blocked and right is working fine and. Gen X is also done for TB check and outcome is negative but biopsy done tells there are adheshions and inflamation is detected in PAP. I want to know is that a indication of genital TB ?

My question is on prior answer of my query. Do the patient need to consult any doctor or it will revive by doing regular exercise and taking nutri rt IOUs diet.?

Hi dr Iam 31yt old Iam hypothyroid and taking 100mg thyronorm I do have pcod problem aswell So 6months back my gynec had put me on crisanta and myocod I have already finished the course 2months back I got my period back on 10th of last month after finishing the entire course of crisanta (naturally got periods without crisanta) And now iam not taking any medication and I regularly hit gym.n fallow strict diet I have reduced 6kg in 2months I was jus wondering do I get my periods on dates as iam reducing my weight Plz I need ur answer for this

I have got rashes around my private area. Initially I used candid b powder after which it has reduced but a lump has formed recently. It is very painful. What could be the cause n treatment?
