Irregular period,some time it continue for whole month and some time it does not come.in report it was hormonal imbalance.how can i cure this

I've been getting severe period cramps and excruciating pain, three years after I got my first period. The pain is so bad it disables me, but it lasts only for about a few hours (3-4), along with nausea during the first day. Is there any cause for this and how do I manage this pain. Painkillers don't seem to be very effective.

I 31old female I had pcod due to this irregular periods I had My gynec had pit me on crisanta for 6monyhs I have finished the course I was supposed to get my periods 3days back But still not occurred. My UPT is negative Iam.worried

I suffer from irregular periods since the onset of menstruation cycle. My cycle started at the age of 14 and its been 9years that its still irregular. The irregularity fluctuates from 2months to 6months max. Therefore there is always a gap of 2-6 months between two periods.I even tested for pcod but my ovaries are free from any cysts. Please give me a solution or tell me is it a sign of anything bad or not.

8 months back I started developing acne and at the same time irregular menses which Is quite irregular from the beginning, but used to get by 45th day. But from 8 months I get once in 2 months. In that two times when I went for treatment I was treated for my other diseases which use to develop during the periods. First time It was throat infection. After treating this , I got date. After two months Urinary track infection, After treating this I got date. So My irregular period was never treated. Acne developed intensely and visited dermatologist. He suggested blood test for all the hormonal imbalance and ultrasound. Result was normal for blood test ! but Ultrasound showed multiple cyst in ovaries, fibroid in uterus, Enlarged ovaries. Now I have to visit gynecologist with this test ! but whom to trust, what if they make to run another 5 times until they collect enough money and leave me with no solution? Its been one year I am suffering! In deep distress ! need advice from an ethicalone

I have pcod problem since 13 years &I don't have kid &I did laproscopy in 2003 now on my face hairs r growing fast on neck &two sides &also iam getting alternate month menses. so now I want to get rid of my hairs on face. please suggest any dr. realated.

I've had 2 surgeries for removal of cysts, growth, fibroids related to endometriosis in the last 4 years. It keeps coming back. On zoladex injections presently. Is there any diet I should follow to better manage this? Does alternate medication or treatment work better?. Please let me know any homeopath or Ayurvedic doctor who has experience treating endometriosis.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS. USG shows increases ovary size in terms of volume(9.5 cm^3). I have lost approx. 3 kgs in last 2 years (could not check weight regularly). Periods have always been regular. For over one month I am on metformine and aldectone as prescribed by my gynecologist. After trying last time, I had a very painful period. I am confused because my weight is under control and periods are regular too, still I am unable to conceive. What could be the way out?

Hello Dr I missed my periods this month..earlier i had cyst but on one of the ovary but now it is not there i hav taken the treatment for irregular perieods for almost 1 and a half year it was like 3 months course after every 3 months i was on it then my harmones were normal..and my periods were regular from past 3-4 months but now again this Month i hav missed it. I dont want to go back to those medicine as it increased my weight 10-20 kg & it had ill effects is there any alternative and cyst is no more there..or i should weight and see another month.. I had white discharge but periods still not started my date was 4th and even i had pre menstrual syndrome but no periods should i wait and see

Recently before 3-4 months i have had pcos.. and also am not overweight and obese..I wish to concieve this year as my husband is coming from abroad for 1 and half month.. wat can I do for it?
