After 9 months from abortion still not conceived so Dr advised to do HSG X Ray and its report says it has blockage in both sides. Now Dr is suggesting Laparoscopy surgery for further diagnosis, but What are reason for blockage? Is there any chance to remove blockage without laparoscopy? How to choose Dr/Hospital to do?

If hsg shows a tubal block the next step is to confirm the same with laparoscopy as upto 60% of them show patent tubes in laparoscopy. Many a times minor problems due to adhesions can be cleared by laparoscopy and sometimes by cannulating the tubes.

There are certain types of tubal blocks that can be cleared with injections.
I need to see your xray of the HSG, examine you before prescribing any treatment.
