114 kgs and been my client for exercise to lose weight from february. Shes clean with her food habits. exercises 5 days a week and still lost 3 kgs only which is only muscle loss. She had done hormonal therapy to conceive and i suspect thats the issue as she has no periods for last few years.

Hi there.. I can understand your worry.. Delayed periods could be because of many causes like Significant weight gain or loss,Overexercise,Poor nutrition, anemia, hypothyroidism, Smoking,Eating disorders like anorexia nervosa,Increased stress,obesity, Polycystic ovarian syndrome. Delayed periods wit less flow is commonly because of anemia(less hemoglobin)I suggest you get your hemoglobin and tsh test done once. Have more iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, pistachios, dates.if she hasn't got periods for years then it's better she gets her fsh and egg count done as it could be due to premature ovarian failure even.. ask her to consult gynecologist as early as possible..
