Menstural pain
Every month i take one pill of cataspa to ease menstural pain as it is very painful for me on the first day. I wanted to know if there is any side effect of the same if i take cataspa for a long period??? If yes, what is the safer option to cure my nausea, vomiting, loose motions lathargy due to periods.

Hello....there are primary dismennorhea and secondary dysmenorrhea .... For primary dismennorhea you cannot do anything ,manage with pain killers ......secondhand dysmenorrhea due to underlying cause like dub,endometriosis , pelvic inflammatory disease etc... So those causes should be rules out ... Oral contraceptives are given in dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome .consult gynaecologist
