I have never been to a psychiatrist ever in my life because i would get too anxious even at the thought of it.I get a very bad sinking feeling in my chest and my heart starts to race whenever i am in a social situation.When im at my home i feel like im always on the edge,negative thoughts never leaves my head no matter how much i try to distract myself.Im always restless cant enjoy watching tv ,reading book nothing.Is it possible to consult a doctor via chat?..i do not want to have a call or video call.would it even work?

Hello Team, Since last 1 month I was feeling uneasy and used to have race of thoughts in mind. When had check up doctor said that I had high bp. After some scans found that i had vitamin b12 deficiency. Doctor had started injections and medications for vitamin D3 dificiency. Even after having injections sometimes I have feeling of shorten of breath and feel uneasy which leads to high bp. Can somebody please help?

Hey! I'm a 23 year old mixed race male. I'm about 72kg and 174cm tall. I went drinking on thursday and when i woke up on friday my tongue felt very sore. Eating and swallowing was very painful and it still is. It is now tuesday and my tongue has been developing a sort of a rash, and it looks a bit light brownish . I think i might have bitten it in my sleep and that is why it is sore, but the rash and color has got me a bit worried. Any advice is much appreciated

I was around some minutes back I said heavy pressure in my chest. Then I googled symptoms of heart attack n when I read elephant on chest I felt same,,, in next few seconds the pain radiate to left arm, I started feel dizzy, my heart best raced. For -3 hours I was feeling as if my brain and head is spinning around and thenAnd today night I suddenly felt as if my body became completely weak... I felt dizzy n fainting.. I rushed outside.. my heart rate raced.. I took rounds of room but I felt as if I was losing my control and sanity over body..I had been experiencing some right-sided weakness since past days.. I checked the FAST sign- I cud move my arms upwards, smile, no slurring of speech so not neuro issue.. also No abnormal muscle contractions or twitching!! Just some numbness in right arm No blackout....was it Panic attack? I have been worry about having a stroke or brain tumour since many days So was it that panic which manifested as a big attack
