Probably you have developed tolerance .tolerance is a condition in which a person who is regularly taking alcohol either needs higher doses or frequent doses. So in your case decreased sleep, palpitations, sweating are symptoms when alcohol levels fall in CNS. Therefore it is advised to seek a consultation with a psychiatrist to help you deal with this problem with different treatment strategies
