Hello, I had been training for a 50mile race for close to a year. I did the race felt fine afterward then started running again and got a pain on the medial side of my left knee. Had both an x-ray and MRI. Nothing turned up but I still have inflammation and pain when running. I don’t know what it is and the doctor said I was fine to run but when I do I feel I’m hurting it. I’ve played soccer my whole life including college and worked up to the mileage.

Hello Why sometimes after lunch or a meal, i will get a heart race for arround 20-60 minutes? Am on concor 1.25 mg due heart palpitation. Somehow im diagnosed as panic disorder issue

Knee pain during running, squat, and jumping. Under pattela pinch type pain I am a sportsman. My pain was started 10 days before when i run 100 metre race. After the race my pain change into heavy pain. Then i was not able even walk next day. I apply ice on knee for 3 to4 days. Ice gave me some relief but not fully recovered. Doctor gave me Cipzox for 5 days. Its helpful but not fully

When I am anxious or when i am standing from sleeping my heart will race and beat very very hard just like heart will fell out of my chest. Is this normal. I am very thin person. I did ecg, echo and blood test. All r r normal..
