Heart racing
Hello Why sometimes after lunch or a meal, i will get a heart race for arround 20-60 minutes? Am on concor 1.25 mg due heart palpitation. Somehow im diagnosed as panic disorder issue

Usually after a heavy meal, because of sympathetic stimulation I.e. increase in adrenaline release, there's increase in heart rate, which is common. As you are also diagnosed with panic issues,it would be better of you consult a physician or a cardiologist with all the relevant investigations for further advise.
