Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Patient is having serum creatinine 5.93 and GFR at 8.9.Currently admitted in hospital as the patient has following discomforts 1) swelling in feet, ankles,hand , face 2)shortness of breath 3) general fatigue weakness 4)nausea 5)muscle cramps , hand tremor He is being treated to dehydrate but creatinine is not coming down (5.83 to 5.88 to 5.93) though urine output is more than input and body weight is also reducing. Is dialysis the only next step or still there are some non dialysis options to explore?

3 weeks ago I had done a testis torsion surgery on the left testis. I started masturbating after 1 week. Last week ago after I masturbated I had a slight pain just above the left testis.It disappeared after 1 or 2 days.Then I didn't masturbated for a week. And I masturbated again last night and slept right away.But there were no pain.I masturbated once again this morning and the same pain I had one week ago reappears now.It's a slight pain and discomfort just above the left testis. Is it bad ? Should I consult doctor ?

I am finding discomfort near chest and often feel pain near chest area which lasts less then a minute. I have checked with cardiologist and did all possible test which ruled out heart related issues and said my heart rate was around 130. I question would be How to bring heart rate down. Dey say it's because of Anxiety. I was in medicine fr a week Atenol 25mg and Anxiet 0.25 I have 228 mg cholesterol. I have started walking and medication. But I still fear or anixous of pain and I feel. How to get rid of this chest pain which goes and comes. Plz help me that would be great. I don't smoke and occasionally drink alcohol. Now I ve limited alcohol.

I'm experiencing severe pain near thigh- hip area , i'm unable to lift my leg or move my leg, there are no fractures , the xrays and scans were normal.. i could my thigh swelling a bit and the pain sometimes just gets into my inner thigh causing lot of discomfort and pain. I took penidure injection for 5weeks but the pain didnt reduce. What could be the problem be? Is it joint related? Muscle related or nerve related? Right now i'm using AKT4 medicine as prescribed by doctor for bone TB. , but i dont see any chamge in the pain Please let me know how could this be treated and the root cause for pain..

I have been suffering from symptoms which have been waxing and waning: discomfort abdominal, bloating - which is predominant, intestinal gas, bad skin eruptions and flakiness, belching feeling tired. None of the regular medications have worked. I had been all along thinking it was a gut imbalance. but feel it maybe a liver issue? How do the symptoms vary between gut and liver as they are so similar? Have been trying medication - both homeo and allo, hasn;t helped much - wonder if the diagnosis is right. I have had an incidence 3 years ago where I wason more than a 1 month of antibiotics and feel this has started since then. The problems have persisted in various forms since then.

I have severe headache and pain in my eyes. I got my vision number tested 4 weeks ago and there was an increase of -.25 in both eyes. Headaches went away but then 2 weeks ago headaches resurfaced and i got my eyes checked again, this time from a different doctor. To my surprise I was told there is an increase of another -.25 in both eyes. I have been advised not to get a new spectacles made again and use eye drops and exercises but it is very discomforting. Did ECG, 2D, TMT tests twice in a span of 6 months and results are negative. Is this tests enough to rule out cardaic disease. Recently, i have gone for Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 tests, and vitamin D level was too low (13.7 ng/ml). So, is my complaints is anything to do with Vitamin D deficiency?

14 months baby with congested nose n chest , coughing continuously, running nose, troubled /noisy breathing with discomfort, vomits when coughing.. sleepy , less activity today loose stools twice Was having fever (babygesic syrup) was on cheston syrup for cold n cough changed today to relent+ syrup 1.5ml nothing helping .apart from this put vicks on chest, back, feet. Warm fermentation, honey,gingerjuice, pepper How can i help him sleep better n get rid of this ?

I am suffering from this for last one year. Earlier it used to be occasional feeling of uneasiness, light headedness, anxiety & loss of proper balance while walking. I had consulted a doctor & was advised to take antacids (aquapan DSR) and Bio D3 Max. My ECGs were normal. I have discontinued the antacids after a month and trying to avoid habits which may cause acidity. Still recently I had these episodes when I start having excessive yawning, chest discomfort, sense some irregularity with heart beating coupled with uneasiness in my head & loss of balance.. I feel better in 1 - 2 hrs after taking disprin.... Kindly suggest further. Regards
