Pain at thigh hip joint
I'm experiencing severe pain near thigh- hip area , i'm unable to lift my leg or move my leg, there are no fractures , the xrays and scans were normal.. i could my thigh swelling a bit and the pain sometimes just gets into my inner thigh causing lot of discomfort and pain. I took penidure injection for 5weeks but the pain didnt reduce. What could be the problem be? Is it joint related? Muscle related or nerve related? Right now i'm using AKT4 medicine as prescribed by doctor for bone TB. , but i dont see any chamge in the pain Please let me know how could this be treated and the root cause for pain..

Don't worry its muscular problem tk physiotherapy treatment for few days. Avoid long standing and strain full activity

You haven't specified what bone TB you are being treated for and when have you started the AKT 4. Also when did this current hip/thigh pain start? Are you on any analgesics? Or pregabalin?

Hi... As you are on AKT4 medication ...reduction of pain will take time... For bone TB you need to use ANTI TUBERCULAR DRUGS for 18 months And also you have to rule out adductor muscle strain... Get physiatrist consultation...

It can be groin pain related to ligaments, or can be lymphadenopathy due to infection, so plz consult a physiotherapist and also go for blood test
