Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positive  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.28, apoa1 is 143, apoB is 47 HDL 57, ldl 55, tg 40, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hba1c 5.6 done all tests in june '26 Almost Everyday I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Is it life threatening? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached.

I have been struggling with meniscus tear since 2020. I went to famous doc in march 2022 and seeing my MRi , he suggested surgery not required physiotherapy will work and asked me to come back after 3 months. I was feeling bit ok with exe. & later on with work pressure i didnot go. Its been 1.5 years . I recently took MRI as i started feel bit discomfort ( no pain). The discomfort comes &  goes.  I used to do knee exe. not so regularly but now im doing.And also I found there is not much difference between MRI i took in march 2022 to MRi i took in oct 2023. I found only the following one addition ie. Chondromalacia grade 2 & early patellar tendopathy. The old impressions were chronic partial tear of acl and peripheral tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus.   Now based on this do i have to go for surgery or physiotherapy can cure me?For ref.im 6 feet tall , underweight and do take precautions like avoiding staircase , wearing knee straps and physiotherapy for 5-10 minutes. Plz help.

I was Diagnosed with pml prolapse 1 yr ago, due to mild chest discomfort them 2d echo showed trivial Mr n rest all normal even ct angio normal, doctor gave me 10mg inderal 2 times a day for chest discomfort after 9 months echo showed trivial mr, no rwma of lv, good biventricular systolic function (EF 67%), mild tr with pah, rest all normal, doc said everything was fine and not to worry but I heard pah is serious life threating disease and needs urgent care at present I don't have any symptoms but some times have palpitations and dizziness after diagnosis also had anxiety regarding my health and future. I have huge college loans but with this condition will it be hard for me to work in future, will I live long enough with pah? No family history with heart disease. Is there any way to cure pah or control it, doctor said don't worry everything is fine as per report he didn't mention anything abt pah but after i searched for it I started getting anxiety please tell truth abt pah.

Hello sir. I had problems in March 2020. I used to have gas and bloating, can't eat food. I checked my lft where I found joundice. I started having medicine, pan-D, Sorbiline syrup for 3-4 months. I got absolutely fine. But in mid of December I took ivermectin tablet twice in the gap of 7 days. I don't know why I start feeling sleepy all the time, and sometimes I got gas and feeling like lightheaded and pain in upper left side chest and upper left side back plus pain on side of the upper left chest. Pain is very mild but I start feeling discomfort. Until I drink water or take gasofast it comes and go. I made lft, blood sugar and BP test. In lft bilirubin is 1.21 sgpt is 49. B-sugar fasting - 93 And BP 140/90. My doctor gave me pan 40, Sorbiline and udiliv 300. I am taking these medicine for 20days. I lost 5kg weight. I am walking 4 km daily. Having homemade food, less oil and spicy. But still getting acidity sometime and pain in upper left chest and upper left back and feel discomfort

Basically I am having burning at rest/after urination symptoms, lower abdomen discomfort, frequent urination in 15 Feb then i visited doctor on...21st Feb he gave me oxyfloxcin 200mg twice daily for 10 days the symptoms reduced significantly except frequent urination and then testicle ache/discomfort started on 28th Feb then again on 2nd March I visited doctor again he then gave me doxycycline 100 mg daily once for 15 days , after that all the symptoms reduced significantly by ~90%. but on 7/8th March the symptoms started again like fluctuating then on 14th March I visited urologist he then gave me levofloxacin for 10 days the symptoms reduced but starting fluctuating again on 21st Feb I did urine R/E test it was normal and then on 24th March I did USG- whole abdomen test : it showed 4.2mm non obstructing left renal calculus and UB wall thickening ( cystitis) i had sexual exposure on 23rd jan ..so I'm worried about STI what can it be?

Despite these treatments and lifestyle changes (light diet, sitting upright for 2–3 hrs post-lunch), the “block/jam” feeling continues to appear almost daily after meals.Kindly advise whether this could be due to reflux-related diaphragm pressure or something else ? Hello all! I was diagnosed vth endometrial tuberculosis in Feb started medication vth pyzinia 1000 nd rhe fd as suggested by doc for 15days but after 10days of use my liver got effected as I was intolerant to the medicine my sgot, spot levels got very high to more thn 600 whch was confirmed by Lft test 4which my doc made them back to normal vth treatment. 2nd time she changed medicine to Levoflox and combutol which I had for 1mnth where after 15days of using Levoflox I startd exprncng severe joint pains body pains, headache then after 3rd visit my doc made me stop Levoflox whch she replaced vth Moxif400.As I was already using combutol frm more than 1month I started experiencing vision disturbances nd severe headche and due to Moxif 400 eye discomfort,severe burning sensation in eye, vision disturbances nd discomfort at nights due to light.So I have stopped using all the medicines as I am experiencing various severe side effects.Hence please suggest any alternate medicine.
