Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I was diagnosed with intestinal ulcer 2 years ago. Had severe stomach pain accompanied with black stools. Now iam taking homeopathic medicines. Feeling better but not completely cured. Whenever iam worried or eating outside, the same problem is repeated. Iam unable to take allopathic medicines even paracetamol. The effect of ulcer is severe.. My main problem is iam having lenghthy breaths for more than 8months when this problem is severe.. Iam not having a complete sense while normal respiration.. I breath hard for every second even my ribs, stomach and back neck is paining... I have done tests for respiratory problems and every results came to be normal.. Doctors are unable to figure it out d reason behind my long and forceful breaths.. I dnt know d connection b/w the intestinal ulcer and long breaths but I found it they occur simultaneously.. Pls help me to figure out my problem and remedy. Will I have intestinal ulcer life long? How to stop my long breaths?Thanks in advance Doctor

Dear Sir/mem, I am suffering from hyperbillurbin from last 12 years, a doctor told that it's a gilbert syndrome, I don't know the exact reason for this. The level of billurubin fluctuate in between 2 to 5. From January this year I have diagnosis as high cholesterol VLDL, TG. I visited apollo medicine specialist but no one finding the exact cause for this. Even if I have maintained a good diet, exercise. My ultrasound is also ok. Currently my TG is 336 it was 436 on January, Feb 400 and March 260. Recent billurubin is indirect 3.8. I m feeling little bit heavyness in my right rib cage and some time a mild pain sensation. No one suggest any medicine for cholesterol bcz of my liver problem. What I should do. I am totally frustrated. If I am suffering from gilbert syndrome then how my cholesterol levels fluctuate in high level. Please suggest.

Hi, Dont know how to start...case is quite simple but hard to find solution.2 months back felt pain in different parts of body like back of head, legs n tummy n chest and numness in fingers as well. Went for blood test gave out thyroid and cholesterol problem, consulted with doc and now most is under control but pain in tummy and chest was still there and ita not a continues pain. Last week consulted gastro doc he gave medicine for gas and asked for ultrasound n fibroscan. Ultrasound came as grade1 fatty liver n all other normal. Where as fibroscan came as 5.1kpa, 0.4 kpa and 8% which i dont know is good or bad. As per his medication pain in tummy is much lesser but some time feel pain on left side of chest near ribs and then a pain will start at any part of body for few min, is it gas only or should i consult cardio as well?

I am 26 years old male having pain in the left pocket side area of leg for last one year, earlier i ignored it but it started increasing 3 months back i showed it to a doctor but he didnt see it well and just gave me pain killers after that i started developing pain in the joints ,pain in the ribs ankles then again i went to physician he proposed me 25hydroxy VitaminD test and it came to 13.4ng/mL range should be 50-80, i am consuming vitd3 60,000iu tablets weekly but the major concern is pain in the left pocket side area of leg i showed it to orthopaedic and went through 15 rounds of physiotherapy and ultrasound session also did stretching exercises of IT band, TFL muscle,gluts exercises but still huge pain is there only on the left side of IT band area and it occurs more when i am in static position or rest position and if i start moving or walking then it reduces so the major concern is that is it happening due to vitamin D deficiency or there could be another factor?? Please help

It's been 10 month back I had pain in my right ribs I visited cardiologist went through ecg and bp check both were normal. Then my neck pain and my head went numb. Soon after I visited neurologist he did some investigation and asked for neck and emg along with Lyrica tablet. I was not comfortable with that neurologist so I went to different neurologist who was specialist in movement disorder after listening to my symptoms he told it's anxiety and asked me to visit psychiatrist. I felt like it was not anxiety. After 2 months again I visited same neurologist and told him I had very bad pain In left shoulder and hand he told anxiety will us the cause I questioned him that was he 100% sure that's anxiety so he told by your symptoms I can say it's anxiety then for my assurance he asked for Brian mri, angea and spine mri. All reports were normal. 3 months back my thumb twitched for 2 days and stopped now there is no twitch but my right shoulder, hand and leg have more pain compared to right.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in January '26 Seldom I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

My father, (79 yrs), has been experiencing a persistent “block” or “jam” feeling between his upper abdomen and lower chest, mostly after lunch and an afternoon nap. Endoscopy showed gastric erythema and erosions, RUT negative. Over the past two months, he has tried several gastric and motility medicines:Voltapraz 20, Razo-L, Omez DSR Sucral-O, Mucaine Gel Acogut (Lupin), Itovyom Bloatpill Ganaton (Itopride). Despite these treatments and lifestyle changes (light diet, sitting upright for 2–3 hrs post-lunch), the “block/jam” feeling continues to appear almost daily after meals.Kindly advise whether this could be due to reflux-related diaphragm pressure or something else ? Hi Doctors, Recovered from covide 53 days back. Having gastric problem. Used different tablets of different gastroenterologist since 40 days. Since three days low fevar and vomiting sensation, dizziness if I work on system and I fell like something in my eye like small stone since 40 days. Very little breathing issue. 30 days back co-rads-1 in HRCT. For gastic used Pan-d for 20 days sural for 10 days. Rival-ls, Normaxin, inderal 10 mg for 20 days. Gastric is decreased to lot but when it comes it is trouble a lot. Now using only Normaxin in afternoon and inderal 10 mg at night because I'm not getting Rival-ls tablet. Gastric problem before  lots of Reflection, buring and pains in stomach area discomfort in chest breathing issue. Toung both sides sore and salt at the day. Gastric problem now  stomach area pains Discomfort in Chest Will eating only toung turn in sore and salt. Why getting vomiting sensation. Getting irritated with camphor smell. Unable to do Meditation.
