Sir gud eve...i have pain or niddle type pain in whole abdomen but near epigastric region more pain..niddle type pain i have pain always near miidle end of ribs when pressing get worse...since 8 months.i have ..please help m submitting my recent blood reports..some tym i got pain like unexplained for seconds nd goes away..but always low pain niddle type pain..my amylasw is under 120u/l since 18 months nd lipase always normal..i have take lot of alcohal before...please consult what i do..some doctor says i have gallbladee problem.some says problem in food pipe some says problem in pancreas...some doctor saya this problem is lfe threatning.is this true my abdomen never normal.always pain bloting gas hard stool.nevee relief..some tym upeer middle some tym lower pain some tym any where no relief.help please

I was diagnosed with high cholesterol (ldl 153) and low vitamin d (less than 10, normal is 75-110) and b12 was 320 rest (cbc, liver and kidney profile, thyroid) was normal. for vitamin d i was given d3 60k tablets once in a week and antacids in morning daily whuch made my symptoms (dizziness, pain in knee, brain fog) better. After 3 week dose in forth week i again started feeling dizzy and started having gas problem and bloated stomach with flatulence and nausea when i weak little tight belt or car seat belt for ling time and pain at the lower end right side of rib and muscle cramps. I researched in internet and got to know that recent researches says that magnesium is very important for D3 absorption. Can magnesium be the reason? Which supplement i should go for? Kindly help me.

Good evening doctor,My age is 23 (Male). From 3 months I m having pain in left chest,right chest and below the ribs...this pai. Lasts for 3-4 seconds usually. Some times i feel that pain near by heart. I have heart palpitations...my heart beats normal 70-75 bpm when i am sitting.. When i stand sometimes it beats 100-105 bpm...it happens sometimes.. I went to cardiologist and they said i have acidity and i used tablets for 2 and half months. I see no change.frm last 3 days i am feeling dizziness while walking and light head ache. I attached my 2D echo report which is taken before a month. Doctor said evrything is fine nothing to worry. But in comments it is MVP TRIVAL MR. What is that doctor ?? Is there anything to worry about..is that a serious one ?? As of now i am not using any tablets.previously i used etizola beta 0.25mg tablets and esomac 40 for a month. Please do check the report and say me if anything is serious..and foods that i should avoid. Thankyou doctor.

Greetings to you doctor. I am getting pain from few days near heart,in the right side of chest left side of chest and also below rib cages.Some time i have uneven heart beat like when i am lying on bed or sitting it is 75 bpm...and when i stand it is like 95-110bpm..when i met doctor he asked me to get ECG and 2D echo reports.. He said those are heart palpitations and no need to worry.. Is that really a normal issue ??? Heart palpitations ??They said me its all because of acidity and gave me tablets for acidity and some tablets to reduce tension..etizola beta blocked 0.25mg...i used them for a month. And also one another doubt is I got 2D ECHO report as MVP,TRIVAL MR. is there anything to worry about that doctor ?? What does that mean..please say me if anything is dangerous...I attached my 2D echo report..please do check that and do respond.. Thanking you in advance doctor..

My chest wall is very thin I can feel my ribs. Sometimes I feel pain around that area​ and cough out blood and yellowish mucous when I have flu. It's been going on for 2 years now. Other symptoms I have are ; cold intolerance, constant fatigue, weight loss, dry and thin skin, visible veins, headaches​, diarrhea, very red and protruding eyes especially at nights​. I lack stamina and strength, my hands shake involuntarily, hypersensitive to cold. I feel cold inside my hip bones,i easily contact flu. I have ran a few test such as urinalysis, widal test, glucose, HIV, chemical pathology, thyroid function test, complete blood count CBC, Liver, all these test showed am healthy. Please what is the problem here? Is it possible i have pneumonia or I'm suffering from low immune system. Please advise me properly

Hi, I am 39 male. I ve been smoking for 13 yrs.. on a AVG of 12 a day.. the problem is I ve been drinking heavily for the last 4- 5 yrs.. drinking was abnormal..  Last 1.5 yrs I cough mucus with grey stuff.. ma face got big, am lean but I got a dual chin, very awkward for a body like mine... I feel pain in ma right lower below rib, which is obviously some liver problem I think.. I ve seen doctors in d begning stage.. too k blood tests n x-rays.. told me no issues.. recently saw a ent, he told ma dual chin is coz of fat.. I ve told him I drink heavy.. I don't know wat ma problem is... I ve doctor frnds but am avoiding them coz I may ve cancer.. some1 plz help me.. plz help me.. I want to live a happy life.. n plz don't publish ma problems in public.. thanks.. I am ready to take an appointment any time.. but plz gimme a exact solution. . Thanks..

I have been suffering from moderate to severe pain below my right shoulder blade from the past two weeks.I used to rope skipping from the past 45 days.I do not feel any kind of pain when I sit ideally or while walking or running but I feel pain when I rotate my Right hand/shoulder and when I try to rotate my thorax and I also feel pain on the right side of middle back when I deep breath.I have visited Orthopaedician and undergone X rays of L and D spine and the report showed that there are no abnormal findings.The Esr is 11 in the range of 3-5 and CRP is positive.The doctor told me that the spine is little straight and he told me that it is caused by spasms.The doctor gave me antibiotic, NSAID and Ultracet.I feel little relieved when I take those pills.But after three to four hours the pain starts If I rotate my Shoulder Blade or rotate my thoraxI also feel pain on the right side back ribs when I concentrate my weight on that region during my sleep.Can u please help me on this.Thanks

Hello, Im a 25 year old female. I had ankle sprain and I visited a doctor. He gave me Piroxicam. He prescribed it for 5 days, daily twice. After I used it for 4 days, my stomach was paining so much. That drug had a very bad effect on me. I visited Gastroentrologist and undergone endoscopy, that drug caused ulcers in my duodenum and also I had black stools. He prescribed me Happi(Rabeprazole) daily once. That Happi tablet had also side effect on me, I had sore throat, pain in my chest and change of taste on my tongue, so I discontinued it after 3 days of use. Its been 10 days, now my stool is normal color. But sometimes my stomach is paining (not severe)(the part between ribs and belly)And Im avoiding spicy food,etc Will the ulcers go away on their own? what kind of diet I need to follow? I dont want to take unnecessary medications. Please tell me, I'm so worried. Thank you, awaiting reply.

Pain in calves when i run even for a minute. I feel tired all the time. I suffered pain in my testicles few times. Sometimes i also have a very severe cramp in the centre of my chest where the rib cage starts to separate. It is usually when i exercise. And i faced sex problems as well. Not lasting for even a minute. I have low concentration and face mood swings and also get irritated easily. im stressed, depressed and might be a victim of anxiety. The biggest problem is overthinking. My brain keeps working and i keep thinking all the time. I feel i have many symptoms of low testosterone. I haven't shared it with anyone yet. And yes, I started smoking up 4,5 years ago and have also consumed cannabis/marijuana from past 2,3 years. I have gained fat now and also i have man boobs which might be because of the mass gainer while gyming.
