Hello Doctor, My baby is 1 month old and sometimes has gas/abdominal discomfort (colic-like symptoms). His pediatrician has asked to take Meftal-Spas Neo 0.5ml, but when I searched online, most sources say it should be avoided in babies below 6 months, especially due to the presence of dicycloverine. I’m worried about safety and side effects in such a young infant. Could you please clarify: Is Meftal-Spas Neo safe for a 1-month-old baby? If it is ever used, under what circumstances and at what precautions? Are there safer alternatives for newborns with gas/colic? Thank you.

Hey doctors, I got married recently, 3 months ago and I have a weak pelvic floor. I tried masturbation a month ago just to see if I'm able to get an erection and my erection seems fine but then I'm climaxing It feels like my buttocks are getting super tight and it causes discomfort. My wife was understanding for three months and now she's getting upset and irritated. Is it fine if I can proceed with sexual activity or at least masturbate while standing up ? As it is affecting our mental health, also sometimes my erection isn't that strong too and a few months ago when I tried masturbation i climaxed way to quickly like within a couple of strokes (max 6-8 seconds). I had d n c on 5th November, after that I was on ovral L for last 20 days ..started feeling so fatigue whole body..my both hands so tired feeling  for some days while on dose ,,.on 20th day of dose..at night I felt lightheadness ..and like loosing control kind..what was that..chest little discomfort..little hot flas with little sweat...i am having allergy sinus issues as well and I feel depression for some days because of long time stress i was under.....sometimes I feel chest congestion due to allergy too..so I am unable to differentiate whether it was food allergy or panic attack or heart issues???I met my gynaec whether it was due to medicine or not? She said nausea may b due to pills..but this was your panic attack..but I  am scared whether it is heart issue ??

Respected Sir/Madam, Four months before I was experiencing mild chest discomfort that's why I went for 2D Echo . Echo values were: PAAT-108 m/s, TAPSE-2.2cm/s, PVmax-97cm/s, No ASD/VSD/PDA/Clot, No pericardial effusion, EF- 60%, No RWMA . But in the impression Mild TR and Mild PAH were mentioned. I got anxious seeing mild PAH so went for two follow up Echoes recently which Showed No TR/PR. What all these imply? What should I do now? Do I have PAH or not? Regards

Have been experiencing recurrent sinus issues including nasal congestion, frequent sneezing, mild headaches around the forehead and eyes, and occasional facial pressure. These symptoms have persisted for several years and sometimes worsen with cold or seasonal changes. I also notice a runny nose and difficulty breathing through the nose at times. I have not consulted any ENT but I would like a detailed evaluation to understand the cause, possible infection or allergy, and appropriate treatment options to prevent recurring sinus discomfort.”o

For many years, my friend is having persistent problems with vulva itching, uncontrollable itching on the outer and inner vulva area and many times it reaches deeper towards vagina when it becomes intense. She complains of swelling around the area after itching with bleeding spots which hurts badly. Along with that, there’s a fishy odor (and occasional discharge/ discomfort) despite washing carefully. The symptoms often worsen after episodes of itching. The fishy odor now seems more than usual even after washing. She has tried maintaining hygiene, keeping area dry but itching seems to still find its way! Every day. Too many times a day. Can anyone please help

I’ve been experiencing angina-like symptoms for several months. I get intermittent chest discomfort, left arm heaviness, and jaw pressure. Today since morning, my left arm has been feeling tight and heavy, both at rest and during activity. 3 weeks ago had angiogram which showed normal arteries with zero blocks . stress echo was also normal.doc told me that despite the symptoms sounding typical of angina, they are non-cardiac. But symptoms keep returning and feel very typical of heart-related pain, I still feel worried. What could be the possible causes of such symptoms despite normal angio.. And should I be concerned about my heart?

I have IBS symptoms for a long time. I don't know which food triggers and which doesn't. Sometime, when I eat junk, it is all fine. Sometime I eat good healthy home food it triggers. I mostly have incomplete bowl and constipated even if the stool is not hard. I am a person who generally eat at home and occasionally eat outside, that too low in quantity. Yesterday, I had a lump outside my anus and it started swelling and paining and burning. No bleeding.  Does the lump go on its own and how long does it take? Is it starting stage of Hemmoroids? I have never had this before. Can I do home remedies to relieve this? I feel so discomfort while sitting and walking. Please help. I'm not sure if I can attach the photos here. So I didn't attach

My baby girl is 2 months old and has lactose intolerance. We are giving her Zerolac. Since starting, she has stopped vomiting, but she has severe gas, is unable to sleep, and cries a lot. Her birth weight was 3.3 kg, and now at 2 months she weighs 4 kg only. Currently, she is taking around 60 ml per feed(formula) I would like to know: Does Zerolac help in proper weight gain? Should we continue with Zerolac or switch to any other formula? How can we manage her gas and discomfort?

Was living alone away from home and in a stressful work environment. Had Dengue, 1 month later, started having anxiety and negative thoughts that I am going to die, done tests ecg, thyroid, sugar, eco they were fine. Gradually getting better as this is the 8th month but still having indigestion, bloating (releases through mouth), chest discomfort and fear especially when hungry or immediately after eating. Sometimes I feel better. Struggling with body balance when standing or walking. I don't know the issue but I am tired of it. I don't feel happy even when there is a very good reason. Now not leaving alone, in a good workplace, and having my own prepared food. Want to know the reason to feel better
