Breast lump getting bigger more than 3 c
Hello ,my right side breast has a lump, which is getting big ,it feels so much heavy, sometimes I have back pain or pain under my breast ie rib I guess, hurts due to heaviness, right now I'm not able to consult a doctor due to covid situation in hospitals, last year also it happened I wasn't able to consult a doctor,it pains sometimes like 4,5 times in a month, but there's no leakage or redness, it's just a heavy ball inside, which doesn't feel comfortable at all,I sometimes get in stress because it scares me a lot (cancer), please tell me what should I do, I tried googling and YouTube videos, but there's no proper solution rather than consulting a doctor, and I guess it's not possible for some more months due to covid, what should I eat? Any specific food, and what should I not eat,how to control my hormonal growth in a proper way, what all things should I start doing in my lifestyle, I'm seriously clueless and don't know what to start, please help me out, it's my first year of college.

I need to know proper history and all your findings. In your age group benign breast disease is common. Have you undergone ultrasound of breast?
