Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I am 26 years old male having pain in the left pocket side area of leg for last one year, earlier i ignored it but it started increasing 3 months back i showed it to a doctor but he didnt see it well and just gave me pain killers after that i started developing pain in the joints ,pain in the ribs ankles then again i went to physician he proposed me 25hydroxy VitaminD test and it came to 13.4ng/mL range should be 50-80, i am consuming vitd3 60,000iu tablets weekly but the major concern is pain in the left pocket side area of leg i showed it to orthopaedic and went through 15 rounds of physiotherapy and ultrasound session also did stretching exercises of IT band, TFL muscle,gluts exercises but still huge pain is there only on the left side of IT band area and it occurs more when i am in static position or rest position and if i start moving or walking then it reduces so the major concern is that is it happening due to vitamin D deficiency or there could be another factor?? Please help

It's been 10 month back I had pain in my right ribs I visited cardiologist went through ecg and bp check both were normal. Then my neck pain and my head went numb. Soon after I visited neurologist he did some investigation and asked for neck and emg along with Lyrica tablet. I was not comfortable with that neurologist so I went to different neurologist who was specialist in movement disorder after listening to my symptoms he told it's anxiety and asked me to visit psychiatrist. I felt like it was not anxiety. After 2 months again I visited same neurologist and told him I had very bad pain In left shoulder and hand he told anxiety will us the cause I questioned him that was he 100% sure that's anxiety so he told by your symptoms I can say it's anxiety then for my assurance he asked for Brian mri, angea and spine mri. All reports were normal. 3 months back my thumb twitched for 2 days and stopped now there is no twitch but my right shoulder, hand and leg have more pain compared to right.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positive  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.28, apoa1 is 143, apoB is 47 HDL 57, ldl 55, tg 40, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hba1c 5.6 done all tests in june '26 Almost Everyday I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Is it life threatening? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank u

Basically I am having burning at rest/after urination symptoms, lower abdomen discomfort, frequent urination in 15 Feb then i visited doctor on...21st Feb he gave me oxyfloxcin 200mg twice daily for 10 days the symptoms reduced significantly except frequent urination and then testicle ache/discomfort started on 28th Feb then again on 2nd March I visited doctor again he then gave me doxycycline 100 mg daily once for 15 days , after that all the symptoms reduced significantly by ~90%. but on 7/8th March the symptoms started again like fluctuating then on 14th March I visited urologist he then gave me levofloxacin for 10 days the symptoms reduced but starting fluctuating again on 21st Feb I did urine R/E test it was normal and then on 24th March I did USG- whole abdomen test : it showed 4.2mm non obstructing left renal calculus and UB wall thickening ( cystitis) i had sexual exposure on 23rd jan ..so I'm worried about STI what can it be?

My father, (79 yrs), has been experiencing a persistent “block” or “jam” feeling between his upper abdomen and lower chest, mostly after lunch and an afternoon nap. The discomfort is not associated with chest pain, sweating, or fatigue, and it gradually subsides with time or distraction.His cardiac and respiratory evaluations — ECG, 2D Echo (EF 58%, no RWMA), Chest X-ray, BNP — are all normal. Endoscopy showed gastric erythema and erosions, RUT negative. Over the past two months, he has tried several gastric and motility medicines:Voltapraz 20, Razo-L, Omez DSR   Sucral-O, Mucaine Gel   Acogut (Lupin), Bloatpill   Ganaton (Itopride). Despite these treatments and lifestyle changes (light diet, sitting upright for 2–3 hrs post-lunch), the “block/jam” feeling continues to appear almost daily after meals.Kindly advise whether this could be due to reflux-related diaphragm pressure or something else ? Hello all! I was diagnosed vth endometrial tuberculosis in Feb started medication vth pyzinia 1000 nd rhe fd as suggested by doc for 15days but after 10days of use my liver got effected as I was intolerant to the medicine my sgot, spot levels got very high to more thn 600 whch was confirmed by Lft test 4which my doc made them back to normal vth treatment. 2nd time she changed medicine to Levoflox and combutol which I had for 1mnth where after 15days of using Levoflox I startd exprncng severe joint pains body pains, headache then after 3rd visit my doc made me stop Levoflox whch she replaced vth Moxif400.As I was already using combutol frm more than 1month I started experiencing vision disturbances nd severe headche and due to Moxif 400 eye discomfort,severe burning sensation in eye, vision disturbances nd discomfort at nights due to light.So I have stopped using all the medicines as I am experiencing various severe side effects.Hence please suggest any alternate medicine. I had unprotected intercourse on 28 March. Following which on 30th, I saw greenish vaginal discharge. On 2 April, I started developing mild pain in the lower right pelvic region. I went to a Obgyn and was prescribed Azithromycin and ornidazole ( for 5 days starting from 5th April) + FAS -3 kit and Nobel Spass for pain. Although, it helped in pain relief initially but i could still feel discomfort. I had mild on and off discomfort from 2-26 April. Then on 27th April post midnight, I had excruciating pain throughout the night in the same spot, which didn't improve. I could feel the pinching pain specifically in the lower right pelvic region and started experiencing numbness in the fingers of my right hand then right leg as well. By the morning starting feeling sharp pain at the back of the shoulder, in abdomen near diaphram(feels like it). Nothing significant was found in the TVS. Had sharp center chest pain from 27th evening. What could be the reason; possibility of ongoing STI collitis

Greetings sir/Madam I have an irregular heartbeat , even though not major changes in activities it keeps on changing between 80 to 100 in my mi band 5 , when I use my pulse oximeter to find the readings it constantly changing ( eg: from 90 to 100 and then down to 80 and then back to 95 like that) My heart beat in afternoon in high temperature after a small walk (less than 100m) and climbing a single floor goes upto 140 to 155 but takes time to come back to normal (atleast 15 mins) But My heart beat during morning brisk walk exercise goes upto 145 and comes back to normal in 5 minutes My resting heart rate as per mi band averages at 70 bpm I have gas trouble for past 1.5 months and discomfort in chest region after food , when lying straight . The chest discomfort resolves after a bleaching  . My tsh level 13.5 , hypothyroidism (not taking medicines) , my hdl 27 ,ldl 130, tgl 243 I have attached my ecg for reference Do I need to do any test to check my heart health?

Expected ovulation day as per tracker was 28th aug. Had unprotected act with withdrawal method on 24th. Withdrawal  method had somewhat failed. Had 1 ipill on 26th, after 32hrs. Cervical mucus  remained clear and stretchy till 28th aug , from 29th it became white and sticky. Had arrays of discomfort for the next 10-12 days. Ranging from cramps, back pain,  fatigue, bloating and gas, breathlessness. Did a HPT on 08th Sept, came negative. Currently  on 9th Sept, gas has gone but fatigue and breathlessness remain. Chest feels fuller and little sore on sides.  Have visibly gained weight and lower abdomen feels harder and fuller. Also there is quite an increase in cervical mucus which is white, creamy and odorless. I'm expecting my periods on 12th Sept (as per tracker, not considering ipill). Since I had a negative hpt on 8th, is there still  a chance of pregnancy or is all this discomfort due to the ipill? Do I need to check for pregnancy again?
