I'm a night owl due to my studies. I have been experiencing acidity for the past few days. I took antacid medications like PAN-D, which provided temporary relief, but the symptoms keep coming back. I often feel a burning sensation in my hands, feet, and eyes, and sometimes they feel very warm. My body also feels unusually warm. Occasionally, I experience mild chest discomfort, belching, and a slight stomach ache. At times, I feel weak and slightly dizzy. My digestion doesn’t feel normal, but I haven’t had any nausea or vomiting. I have also noticed that if I sleep in the afternoon, the burning sensation increases after waking up. Should I continue taking PAN-D, or do I need a different medication? If so, for how many days should I continue? What should I do next?

Dear Dr., I have been suffering from piles for the past few days. I had taken some prescribed medicine for 10 days, which provided temporary relief, but the pain and discomfort have returned after stopping the medication. (The photograph of the area is attached for you reference. Currently, the pain in the affected area is intense, making it difficult for me to sit properly or cough with full pressure. Additionally, it has become very uncomfortable and challenging to use the restroom. I have already stopped consuming spicy and junk food, but I would greatly appreciate your guidance on the proper medication or treatment plan that could help me get rid of this condition quickly. I have started feeling my xyphoid process since more than year now.. I am feeling it when touched.. that part does not have any pain ... I am diabetic since year now .. i have only problem is when I sit at ground , I feel stomach tight.. I never experienced this earlier .. I have been watching xyphoid process since year .. it is same feel and doesn't have any sort of pain .. I also consulted gastrologist and done Upper GI endoscopy .. nothing wrong in there .. that doctor told it is common and you are thinking too much ... I am not thinking too much .. I have just 2 concern 1. Why I started feeling my xyphoid?? When I take entire my stomach inside I feel it and I see it. 2. Why I feel tight /discomfort in stomach when I sit ground level ???

Hi doctors I m male, 36 yes. Last 6 months suffering from lower left abdominal pain, when I sit for prolonged time, when hold urine, stand for long time. This pain is not severe but gives discomfort. I hv done CT scan with report nothing abnormal. Doctor suggested antibiotics, muscle spasm related medicine but not effective and issue is still there. Hello, Last month I underwent an IUI procedure, but it was unsuccessful. Since then I have been experiencing a lot white discharge which was milky. In January my doctor prescribed me medicine for inflammation for oral medicine and F heal pessaries to use be used for 12 days. I complete the 12th day on jan 17th. After that itching stopped and the discharge became very minimal However, the day before yesterday I exprienced the severe itching in my vaginal area and I scratched it unconsciously while sleeping since than I have facing minimal itching and discomfort This month I tried conceiving naturally and the period due date is on 1st Feb. Also I took a picture of my vaginal area and noticed something black near the vaginal opening and it's disappeared after 15 mins Is this normal or symptoms of anything. Please help

I have been facing urine dribbling problem for over 4 years now.I don't have any problems with prostate.Whenever i go for urination after i am done urinating i feel that I haven't emptied all urine and it comes out in drops and sometimes i even have to apply pressure to empty properly.This also happens during bowel movements i am unable to empty easily it takes me some time and i also need to apply pressure to empty properly.I suspect it could be a problem with my pelvic floor or an underactive bladder but i am not sure.I also feel mild pressure and discomfort in my pelvic region.I wish to restore normal urinary function.Kindly guide me.

I got to know from ECG that I got a 1 AV block and cardiac axis normal which i read as 1st degree heart block and is not to worry much. I do regularly without miss the brisk walk for 30 minutes (6 days a week and 10k steps daily) and pump my heart with running etc and I do not drink or smoke. I do not feel any discomfort while walking brisk or running except the normal tiredness. No dizziness or faintness. My glucose levels are well within the limits and non-diabetic. However, i have gastric problem and feel inflammatory for spicy food etc. Should I be really concerned about my heart health? I am continuing to do brisk walk, running and have a control on my diet intake.

I have earlier ectopic and biochemical pregnancy history. Now in six week and three days pregnancy I noticed some brown discharge only once. Again after 3-4 days I noticed some brown black discharge and little discomfort in stomach In ultrasound fetal heart beat was positive in six weeks and I am taking susten vt 200  folic acid and ecosprin and clexane injection daily. On last Monday intralipid injection was also given and scheduled for IVIG injection this coming Monday This brownish discharge is matter of concern again.
