Loose motion, vomiting and chest pain
My 4.5-year-old son has been suffering from loose motion (2–4 times/day), vomiting (1–2 times/day), occasional middle chest pain, low appetite, and mild weakness for the past 3 days. He’s been prescribed Lanspro 15 (empty stomach), Aglozyme C (twice daily after food), Regutol Mini (once daily), and ORS. However, there’s little improvement, and symptoms persist—especially loose stool and chest discomfort. Could this be a viral infection or food-related issue? Should we consider any change in medication or further investigation? Kindly suggest the next steps for diagnosis or relief. Thank you.

Foreskin tight, burning, white discharge
I m experiencing discomfort in my foreskin area. The upper skin has become tight and difficult to retract. I noticed some small cuts, and there was a white substance with a foul smell earlier. Today, I gently cleaned the area with water, and now I feel a burning sensation and an urge to itch. I haven’t applied any creams yet because I wasn’t sure if it’s safe without a prescription. There is no fever or severe pain, but I want to ensure this doesn’t worsen. Kindly advise if I should use any topical medication or need further treatment. But it has become like lips during winter with few cuts and skin comes like papers. There is some white mucus too which comes out and it smells bad.

I have a small raised bump on my thigh
Hello Doctor,
I have a small raised bump on the back side of my thigh. It has a slightly white center, and it's mildly swollen but completely painless. I’ve attached a few close-up images for reference.
It doesn’t look or feel like a typical mole. It appeared recently and hasn’t caused any discomfort, but I’m concerned as it looks unusual.
Could this be a dilated pore of Winer or a clogged sebaceous gland?
Please let me know if I should be worried, and whether it requires any treatment or clinical removal. Also, do I need to visit your clinic for this or can it be managed at home for now?
Thank you so much in advance.

H pylori suspect
Hello Doctor,
I am a 27 year-old male with weight 36 kg and height 5'7".
I have the following symptoms:
Severe constipation (no motion for 7–8 days sometimes)
Bloating and tightness in stomach after eating
Loss of appetite, weight loss
Bad breath
Chest discomfort, palpitations, weakness
Nausea, occasional dry mouth
Sharp pain during motion
Heartburn and abdominal pain after meals
I recently had CBC, LFT, RFT, chest X-ray, and ultrasound—all mostly normal except slightly raised SGOT.
I also had MDR TB in the past.
I suspect H. pylori or gastritis/ulcer. Please advise tests or treatment.

Titanium plate removal after 4 years
Around 4.5 years ago, had a surgery to insert a titanium plate in her left arm, just above the elbow, to repair a broken bone. Doing perfectly fine since the surgery.
Here’s current status:
No pain, discomfort, or swelling. No limitation in movement or function. No signs of irritation or sensitivity in the area. Able to perform all daily and physical activities without any issue.
19 at the time of the surgery and is now 24. Wanted to know on whether the plate should be considered for removal now that nearly 5 years have passed, or if it's best to leave it in place given there are no functional limitations or symptoms.
For your reference, I’m attaching the current X-ray reports.

Bowel movement disorder
My brother is 28 years old and has been having epileptic seizures. After starting the medications prescribed—Clobazam 10 mg and Topiramate 100 mg—his seizures have stopped
However, he’s now experiencing some serious side effects. He feels very drowsy all the time, almost like he's intoxicated. He stays sleepy, sluggish, and his body has become weak and very thin.
The biggest concern right now is that he hasn't been able to pass stool properly for the past Month. He can’t sit for a bowel movement, and it's coming out very slowly on its own. This is causing him a lot of discomfort.

Mucus in stool
Hi Doctor,
I recently noticed this substance in my stool (photo attached), and I’m worried it might be mucus or something abnormal. I don’t have any symptoms like stomach pain, discomfort, or irregular bowel movements. I follow a vegetarian, high-protein diet and generally feel fine.
I do struggle with health anxiety, so I wanted to check with you for reassurance and guidance. Could you please let me know if this looks normal or if I should be concerned?
Thank you.
I need doctors from Bengaluru pls guide me im not able to work on my company too because of this

Hives and stomach issues.
I get hives on my body everyday, at midnight as well with symptoms like discomfort in the upper stomach, loose motions or sometimes constipation, sometimes also accompanied by heartburn like feeling but in the whole body and a lump in throat when the hives are really bad. The hives go when I take Montek LC and so do most of the stomach problems(most not all like loose motions still remain). I am also getting frequent mild UTI(twice-thrice in 6 months) and I have a feeling all these are related. Could this be food intolerances, IBS, histamine intolerances? What should I do to get relief at home as I can't go to a doctor for a couple of weeks. And what doctor do I go to? An Allergist, GP?
