I've been getting chronic cheek bites since many months. My line alba on that side that's raised, the very prominent white line! I get the urge to suck on it & it further gets prominent! I got my opg done! Have an impacted third molar not visible in oral cavity! I DONT have a sharp tooth!! I DONT have a partially erupted last molar which couybe hitting! The only complaint i have is : occasional discomfort from impacted molar! Sharing my opg , also the trauma picture on cheek! What do i do? Have applied all gels/ blowing technique! What could be the reason for such frequent trauma to my cheeks? Highly stressed

Suffered for almost 6 months due to fissure and tight spincture muscles. Tried laxatives and anobliss. My doctor told to apply it externally only but I was not satisfied. Everyone keep saying for surgy. Since last 3 months I am on ayurveda medications. Situation is much better. Tried leaving medicines but feeling discomfort. Should I keep using any mild laxatives and anobliss cream for more longer period. It will be good if I can get suggestion for any other ointment and application procedure as I am confused and it is going to be an year almost with this problem. Also I am worried about prolonged usage of laxatives (Ayurvedic) and cream.

Since the past 1 month I have been experiencing pain in lower right abdomen that comes and goes ; sometimes sharp and other times dull and sometimes it spreads to the lower right back as well.. initially when it started it was quite sharp and very frequent though both the intensity and frequency of the pain has reduced much but the discomfort still continues till now daily..feels like a dull ache and cramping nowadays... sometimes around the belly button and sometimes lower to it; other times tilted to the lower right side.. did an USG the reports said presence of a clear cyst in right ovary of [54x32 ]mm.. checked with my gynaecologist and he said its a functional cyst and will probably go on its own since its normal to get them though he provided me with medications..but I'm scared if these are the symptoms of appendicitis or not..since my lowe right abdomen hurts that too daily..and also if its appendicitis kindly let me know if this can be treated with medications alone or surgery?

Hi, I get gassy very easily and have been noticing bloated stomach past few weeks & months. Earlier I was suffering from food regurgitation and acidity, constipation at times for which I was asked to do endoscopy and usg in the month of March. The reports came normal & endoscopy report was given dyspepsia. I was given a gas meds to be taken for 2 months... But when I left it started again. Now my frequent food, regurgitation has reduced because of certain lifestyle changes like small meals in right intervals, proper hydration, basic workout but gas problem still persisting. Even getting lower body pain out of trapped gas. Anything that can help me with this issue? and should I get another usg as I sometimes get discomfort in my right abdomen when get gassy.

I had a fistuletomy with internal lateral sphincterotomy 2 months back. I still have discomfort and hence visited a surgeon for a review. He examined the wound and told me that the wound has healed and has a minor cut due to bowel movement, which will heal gradually. But he also told me that the wound has created a minimal stenosis with active tenderness around the scar tissue. He advised using Cremagel for 15 days. If there are no improvements, then anal dilation will be the next step. If that too does not work, then i might need surgery. Is tenderness a common problem after fistula surgery? Will this get better over time as the scar tissue matures? Is minimal stenosis curable without surgery? How long will the tenderness last? What are the steps to improve the condition to avoid surgery?

I had slight discomfort in my left arm back and chest from 14 july2023.  Visited cardiologist, he said baseline fault in ecg which shows st t depression but improves with walking in stress test. But after that I randomly feel pain below my left breast and back sometimes it's  tender to touch. Then left arm mostly in forearm. And left leg also hurts.  It comes goes sometime linger for 3-5 days. Does not feel pain perticularly after exercise or exertion.My blood report ( may2023) all reports are normal only cholesterol is 179 and ldl is 111. My left side head also hurt it's like burning sensation in neck jaw (mine mandibular prognasthism jaw) and head. Taking aspirin av 75 for safer side. Which doctor should I consult.

Hi doctor, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I noticed a big red bump on my vulva (inside part) , on the right side. It's only causing discomfort, no pain or itching. Looks like a red blood filled bump. I'm on progesterone tablet as my doctor prescribed it till my NT scan which is scheduled for 20th September. My first scan was normal. I tried sitz bath, rubbing Betadine and t bact ointment on the bump. Is there anything to be done?

11 mo  infant is pooping 3-4 yikes a day it's sometime solid , sometime loose, sometime semi solid but with mucus everytime. Local padeatric suggested probiotic for 3 days then after it didnot subsidies. Later again gave TAXIM FORTE DROP,2MLX2 TIMES A DAY. but even after 4 days dose antibiotic, no changes..still baby stool frequency and culture. Since last 7 days pooping same. Before pooping it seems baby feel  uneasiness or discomfort. Any suggestions? Would Normetrogyl have worked better here ?

I m suffering from blurred vision in my left eye and pain in both my eyes with mild headache.reports taken 5 days back.what is the treatment ? My power also have increased in my right eye. Power Right -6.25.   - 0.75. 160 6/6 vision Left -5. -2.25 120 6/6 p vision . Kindly suggest as it is v difficult . Last checked in jan power was around Right 5.75 -0.75 -165 Left -5.25 -1.50 - 110 Before that was Right 5.50 -0.75- 165 Left -5.25-0.50-125 which was my power for past 6 - 7 years Blurry vision ,pain ,too much of discomfort ,retina no issues .

My sleeping heart rate always less than 50 and sometimes my waking heart rate goes down below 40 in morning times please see the attached report for timing. Im very avtice and daily do 15000 steps and reduced wieght from 154kgs to 129kgs. Today also i woke up with apple low heart rate notification and after waking up and while walking i felt left chest pain. But im having left chest pain and left hand discomfort from last dec. Took several ecgs, 2 edchos 2tmts all are normal. Is it normal getting low heart rate and pain while waking up? Please let me know how can improve my resting heart rate.
