Since past 7 months , i have this stomach issue where i feel as if there in knot it upper level of stomach and throat .Its a constant discomfort . I did endoscopy 5 months back and it showed small hiatus hernia and few erosions . I have visited multiple doctors since then but there is no improvement . My first doctor gave me rabeprazole and some sleep medicine , the second doctor gave similar medicine with levosulpride and montilucast . I have taken medicine for almost 7 months now . Nothings helping out .Currently i am out of country and one of the doc here suggested that its better to go for surgery . Kindly help

Hi, My wife had a small accident at home where she crashed her 3rd toe against the bed. There was pain on the her 3rd toe. We had applied Relispray 2 days...there is swelling on the 3rd toe but she's able to walk properly and not causing much discomfort. Only if she touches the toe there is slight pain. Today is 4th day after the incident. But had a small concern where in we can see a discoloration below the 3rd toe..it's blue in color as shown in the picture. Not sure if we need to show to the doc or would it heal on its own as a part of the recovery process.

My father underwent the surgery of comminuted fracture on 15th of December. He was advised by the surgeon to walk using walker since then. Now he's been advised to walk using a stick. Sometimes, there is acute swelling around the ankle bone where the bolts to hold the rod are fixed. And he feels discomfort and pain during nights. Hi since 25 days iam feeling unwell Temp normal CBP normal Headache head heaviness mild body aches no sleep left eye tinkling discomfort in face(if something sticky like chocolate or lollipop is stick to face how the skin feels am feeling such type of feeling on face) Feeling feverish symptoms but temp is normal Using naproxen for pain Used 13 days antibiotic course with citrizine and paracetomol also Took CRP a week ago Tinkilomg in eye is some what reduced all other symptoms are same should I recheck crp ?28f

My stapler circumcision was done on 1st April, everything was good till next day only little pain and discomfort. But on the 3rd day it started swelling around the neck of the glans and also some pressure around, as well as my whole penis started swelling, no severe pain or any liquid discharge there. Me and my husband cant do a proper intercourse till now.. i have sexual desire for him. I am feeling extreme pain while inserting penus. During gynecological examination i dont feel any pain only a mild discomfort. But during sex im having pain. My gynecologist said im perfectly ok. My husbands penis is little thicker. Is that so ?

Doctor From last 2-3 months I have left eye pain which is dull but sometimes gets sharp. And discomfort around eyebrow and nose sometimes. I get my eyes checked from eye specialist 2 times, He checked eye pressure,slit lamp test everything. And said eyes is fine. Then why I m having this pain. I'm very tired and having sucidal thought, because even doctor said my eyes are fine then why I'm having this pain. Although he prescribed me Moizol-z drops for dry eyes. Kindly help me Please Suggest me something

I have been suffering from fast heart rate with out any cause since 5 years... Symptoms are increasing now... My heart rate is always high plus fluctuates BP... Also, winters causing stress over my body causing polyuria symptoms.. Initially doc said its may be anxiety attacks but my symptoms are not responding to medicines n always come n go In 2018 to 2019, I have a problem of heat pains, heavy headache zits, full body discomforts n heat generation... Symptoms stay for 6 to 7 months then calm for sometimes automatically Now, this time new more symptoms find polyuria, on off BP, fast heart rate, n many more.. Basic reports are fine Doctor want to test metanephrine serum n catecholamines serum to find it... What should we do next?

Im diagnosed with Pcod since 7 years abd took treatment for kids for almost 3 years. Treatment includes harmone tablets and injections. I had my c section delivery in Aug'21 and didnot get any breastmilk so my baby is completely on formula feeding. I got my periods 3 months after my c section but had abnormal bleeding and spotting. Took overal l for 2 months basing on my doctors advice and today is the last tablet in my second month sheet. Im experiencing slight discomfort and have a slight painful feeling when i touch left breast. Will this be a cause of concern?

I am 22 year old who suffer angina- exertional chest discomfort radiating to left shoulder n arm.. unable to walk for more than 10 minutes I start feeling dizzy.. I had 3 tmt and 1 stress echo done in 2021- all gud.. my CT chest n mri spine okay.. my lipids bit deranged ( hdl- 35, ldl-90) I went for physiotherapy, gastric medicines but nothing worked... Cardiologist says he can't do anything more.. can't prescribe CT angio as benefits don't outweigh risks in my case Plz tell me what shud I do?
