Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Dear Doctor, I'm 33 years old man, I often get some discomfort in upper left chest. I went to a cardiologist and took all relevant tests. My ECHO, ECG and TMT were normal. And doctor concluded it should be a muscular pain. Also I have vitamin D3 deficiency and they prescribed me tablets for that. Also doctor suggested me to lose some weight since I fall under over weight category. My question is all though everything looks normal it was mentioned in my ECHO report like trivial tricuspid regurgitation and trivial mitral regurgitation. I asked doctor about this he said it is not cause of concern. But I'm little worried. What do they mean by trivial TR and MR??? kindly answer me. Will this condition progress and get severe in future?

I suffer from left-sided chest discomfort radiating to left arm and left upper back.. I also get Lower jaw and throat tightness.. the left one symptoms used to occur in December... responsded well to muscle relaxant n painkillers but the course affected my gastric system n I started getting throat suffocation.. ent said the area behind tongue shows typical LPR reflux signs... plz suggest me what to do? Is it heart or non heart? I had 4 ecg done in janauary alone

When I stare at an object, I see it moving. It sometimes feel like vibrating and sometimes just shaking or even oscillating. The rate of this movement sometimes get amplified to quite an extent that it causes nausea and discomfort and sometimes even headache. I find it very disturbing. I first noticed it 11 years back and consulted a doctor who referred me to a neurologist. But without even conducting any checkups, it was concluded that it was due to stress. I started noticing the symptoms again 2 years back briefly. Now I experience the same quite often and feels like it exist almost everytime with the rate of disturbance mostly mild. I recently went to an eye hospital and did checkup. I have spectacles now but issue still persists. What can be the reason?

I am 41 and overweight. I also have GERD issues. Just a couple of days ago, I had a basic cardiac checkup done. The echocardiography and TMT results were normal. Today, I had a pain in the sternum region as I was climbing two flights of stairs. The pain went away almost immediately after I stopped climbing and rested for a few minutes. I did not get any pain when I again climbed two more flights of stairs. However, the pain returned about five minutes later as I was sitting, and has persisted for the last twenty minutes or so. The pain is sharp but not discomforting. This has also occurred in the past. The pain usually comes for some time and goes away. However, today was the first time I was concerned by how quickly it stopped on resting after climbing stairs. Should I consult the cardiologist again for more advanced cardiac tests?

I was suffering from breathless at night - catchy breathing. I thought it was some stomach bloating issue. Did Ultrasound , endoscopy and CECT scan. All came normal . Later Gastro surgeon suspect anxiety issue. I always have fear that I might get some severe disease and keep running to hospitals and at night I get fear of dying and sleep with lights turned on. If stomach pain little I feel like it might be cancer. If mild chest discomfort I think it might be sign of heart attack. I need to get rid of this. Please let me know if this can be treated and whom to consult.

I underwent Proctocolectomy+Ileal Pouch Anal Anastomosis in Nov 2019..I've been facing lower abdomen heaviness and while passing stools I feel it's getting stuck..After looking at the attached report,my doc said there's a bulge Nd stool is getting stuck there so he advised me to put finger in vagina/small anal dilator in vagina while passing stool.But I'm unable to do so because I'm facing discomfort especially while I'm straining (minimal)to pass stool..Also I feel I don't know the exact spot where pressure is to be applied..Kindly tell me whether anything can be kept inside vagina or not instead of putting finger..Kindly help me

I  had a laproscopic inguinal hernia surgery (left side) 2 years ago. Ever since the surgery my left testicle hangs higher than my right testicle (before surgery left testicle hung lower than the right). For the past few weeks I have noticed a dull ache in my left testicle that usually lasts for about 2-3 minutes and I also noticed that my left testicle changes its size    (gets slightly bigger and gets back to normal size after a few hours/minutes)     throughout the day and the nerves connected to bottom of left testicle also feel a little hard(as compared to nerves of right testicle). Most of the time I don't feel any discomfort. Is it normal for testicle(not the scrotum) to chnage its size throughout the day ?

My son is almost 9 months old. he eats rice khichdi in lunch. today for the first time i gave 2-3 small pieces of tomato in the khichdi. In evening i observed very little bright red streaks in his poop. it came towards the end of his poop. I am feeling worried. can tomato be cause for that? he is an active happy baby otherwise and doesnt have pain or discomfort passing stools. stool is not hard also.what can be done? please advise.

Hello Doctor... And preivously taken medication with practo for vaginal itching n pulsulates Medcines used Fluza, Azibact and ecoflora(1 week) Vaginal itching was solved but the motions hav become frequent like loose motions kind For a day minimum 4 to 5 times Again Doctor suggested Econorm 1 scahet fr day and night for 5 days... ( have not used the prescription yet) BUT SUDDENLY FROM NO WHERE THERE IS SEVERE BURNING SENSATION AT VAGINAL PLACE AND EVEN DURING URINATION AS WELL. THE BURNING SENSATION IS VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNABLE TO BEAR THE DISCOMFORT AND BURNING FEELING PLEASE PLEASE HELP...!!!
