I have some gargling sounds in throat and some noise in throat while walking or taking stairs.. Sometimes I feel tightness and discomfort in Throat. No pain while swallowing. I frequently keep swallowing which reduced now. Burping also reduced. Gasterentologist confirmed Gerd. Endoscopy is esophagitis grade A pangastritis rut positive. Sometimes mild breathlessness, mild cough, sharp pain in chest like needles and pins.. On Medication since August 17.. On bland food since August 17.. medicines are working but slow.. I'm working on my stress too.. confused about those sounds in throat..

Hi, I was eating some hot meal today.  It was so hot and I always eat warm or normal temperature food. Today it was very hot and it was a soft meal. So I was eating and swallowing it hot. After the meal, I felt sensitivity on lower front tooth. #25,#26. It was there for a second like sharp sensitivity and goes off. After that, I felt some soreness or discomfort on that tooth and gum area. Is this normal to have sensitivity like this? I don't have any cavities on that tooth. Will this sensitivity repeat or persists? I would like to know what does it indicates and what helps? Please share your thoughts. my recent x-rays.

Hello, I did my lumbar scan today and as per the doctor it looks normal I am suffering from Sciatica pain when I sit i feel a slight pinch pain, not extreme pain but discomfort even on my buttocks similar pain I am not sure what I should do as the pain is there for long and it feels uncomfortable Probably it's muscle related , it started few years back when I had taken weekly injections for low vitamins Kindly suggest what to do and how to deal with this to live a normal life Note no back pain only lower thighs , and sometimes feel the testicle side muscle also may not be as strong due to this

Sir/ma'am, Two months back I got an injury in my right shoulder where I felt as if my humeral head dashed with the glenoid cavity. The pain initially was immense but now it has reduced a little bit. The shoulder movements are both painful as well as discomforting. I got the MRI done in which it says there is a paralabral cyst, which only occurs under a labral tear. But in the MRI report there is no evidence or trace of the labral tear. Please guide me. I am attaching my MRI report. Also please clarify, is it so that the labral tears are ONLY visible in CONTRASTED MRI ( MRA ). Are they not visible in normal MRI. Thank you...🙏

Hello doc, my weight is 84.3kg I have chest discomfort from 2 years and 1 year back i have done ecg and 2d echo reports are normal. And from 1 week pain in shoulder blades and lower left side chest pain, I consulted gastroenterologist and done ecg and it is normal and wrote samproz 40mg and ulgel to use one month. Next day 1 AM I woke up with sudden needle sensation in the same place and went to hospital straight away and they done ECG and the report is normal and they gave pan injection and tablets after got some what relief and again mild needle like pain in the same place coming and going. My query is whether it is really gastric problem or anything related to heart ? By the way I also have anxiety issues, please help me am so much worried...

I was asked medication for 2month but from past 5-6month this gas problem is continuing.... Hallo doctor,Iam hypertensive from 13 years..under control. On losakind H tablet..recently facing constantly higher diastolic pressure 85-93 in especially MORNINGS and discomfort in in left side of body ie. Eye, under chin, neck, chest and perticular in lower abdomen. Some times it effects my daily routine..Systolic is 100-125. After urination, I observed relaxation and reduction in 5-15 points less of diastolic number... heart rate is 80-105 .. please  suggest releif.

Hello doctor, day before yesterday in the evening I felt slight feverish and I had 99.6 f at that time consulted a doc he prescribed medicines and asked me to take for 3 days, yesterday my fever escalated to 100.4 and felt dizzy and weak, today my body temp is normal and no weakness but I constantly feel anxiety that I have covid and constantly checking smelling things and I have some chest discomfort, but from yesterday I saw reduced ability to smell I am fearing that is it covid 19?

With the problems of cracking sound in knees while stands up after sleep or sitting, I visited Orthopedic doctor. He prescribed me following :- Tab Dserin-GM OD after Breakfast Tab Sipcol 500 At Night Calcirol Vit D sachet Two in a week (Mon & Thu) The problem is that while taking Tab Dserin-GM, I feel too much discomfort. There is stomach pain, chest pain, acidity along with heaviness in stomach. I am feeling sweating along with fatigue. Please guide me whether should I discontinue this medicine or not. I don't have any pain in my knees. My age is 42, weight 90 kg, height 57' I don't have any medical problems.
