Hello I am Dev I am experiencing severe low back pain on both sides of spine...I am not sure the muscle, tissue is weak. When I walk for 10min I get pain and when I sit for sometime I am ok. Like wise when I sit for sometime and get up then initially it pains and when i walk the pain subsides. I tried doing back exercises but I am still experiencing discomfort. When I get up from bed after a sleep usually the right side of neck and shoulder pains and this pain is there from over a month. I am not sure the positioning of my sleep is inappropriate... Some suggested physio therapy will help. Hence seeking advice

I have taken ovulation induction, Siphine from day 2 to Day 7 then FSH injection two times on Day 13 and Day 14  for follicular Growth , then HCG and Lupride injection for ovulation was given. At the time of Ovulation(Day16) I had 23, 22 and 21 mm follicles in Left Ovary with 10.6mm Endometrial Thickness. Only two follicles got ruptured third one grown to 31mm and became Hemorrahagic cyst and one more follicle on Right Ovary with 19mm size. Today is my 20th day I have back pain and little discomfort in abdomen and getting water dicharge with mild fever. Should I be worried about this? Why I am getting watery discharge on 20th day? Does it mean my period is approaching? Also I have fever. Please Advise.

From the last few years i am having weakness in neck while holding down neck for a few minute. While i lift some normal heavy weight things my whole body specially hands and legs tremble alot continuing with some tingling and numbness. I always having diseased feeling. Everyone is having a good life even they have a bad habits of drinking and smoking. But i am not having any bad habits then also feeling diseased and showing symptoms mentioned above. Body gets discomfort and feel weak. On sept 2019 i had undergone a Kidney Profile,Liver Profile,Lipid Profile,Urine Culture,CBC,Hb1ac etc everything is normal. Then also i am having such problem in body. Well i am having a sedentary lifestyle and my age is 23. Whether i am in a serious condistion or having some mineral or vitamin deficencies? Please guide me.

I am 37 years old female. I have been experiencing gastric issue from past few years, especially noticeable after the birth of my child in 2017. Just recently I have been encountering episodes of stomach upset, frequent belching, bloating, constipation, dizziness, and stomach discomfort. I have also noticed that eating outside food or heavy oily or fried food always worsen my symptoms. Although, I always have had a tendency of constipation, lately I feel my stomach has become too sensitive. For an added information, I live abroad but because of Covid-19, I have been stuck in India. On July 2020 i had undergone the treatment for multiple lattice with hole in both the eyes, and the treatment i had undergone is Barrage Laser,at that time i used to see some increase in floaters and flashes at the edges of the eyes. The doctor said it will recover in 30-45 Days it will heal. But from the last 5-6 days i am having the following symptoms : 1. Increase in floaters. 2. Flashes at the edges of the both eye. 3. Some little pain and discomfortness in one eye sometime the other eye 4. Dryness and feeling of something under the eyes 5. Some white spots in eyes I am very prone to digital gadgets like computer and mobiles usage last for 8-10 hours a day. Is the above symptoms are caused by thr usage of digital products or something very serious.Please suggest me a way what should i do now .

I have been experiencing nausea,reflux and stomach discomfort while eating since last 3 months.. I felt some kind of liquid is coming up to my oesophagus. When i lie down this feeling is more stronger. I feel some pressure towards my oesophagus while eating and hence can not eat properly. i get alot of hiccups and burps after eating my meal and otherwise also. I constantly feel some force and pressure from my stomach towards my oesophagus and all of this make me feel vomit and congested. I also feel difficulty in breathing because of all this.. I also had gall bladder stone for which i underwent laproscopy on 3rd November 2020..i first thought that all of these symptoms are because of gall stones. But now my gallstones are removed and i am recovering from the laproscopy but still these symptoms are not vanishing.. why is all of this happening.. whom should i consult?should i consult the same laproscopic surgeon who did my surgery ?or should i consult some other specialist?

Hi, I am 24 years old living in chennai. Iwas suffering from frequent urination for a long period of time. After peeing, getting a sense of  incomplete emptying of urine. So I strain to empty it ending up getting tired. Also I am facing difficulty getting erected, feel like peeing whenever I get an erection which results in sooner ejaculation. Recently I got discomfort and pain in lower abdomen and on testing diagnosed with kidney stone. I thought frequent urination might be due to the kidney stone. I undergone ayurvedic treatment at home. Now I don't have abdomen pain but still frequent urination and sense of peeing while erection was there. Is the frequent urination is due to kidney stone or kidney stone is due to the frequent urination or some other problem. Could you please some one help me on this and get me out of this hell of my life time. Thanks in advance

I am continuously burping (not sour) for last 2 months and always a feeling of burp stuck in my throat (no other symptoms) . I tried all type of medicines ayurvedic homeopathic and allopathic. Recently taking Himalaya himcocid kumariasava and alsarex tablet. What is the reason behind excessive burping.My all blood reports are normal CBC LFT and CRP. Please advise me some effective home remedy for cure this problem immediately. I am fed up of this problem. This problem hampers my daily activities. I can't do anything and always feeling of discomfort in throat. Please give me effective and immediate solution. Is ultrasound needed in my case?? And I am also suffering from allergic rhinitis and post nasal drip is there any relation between burping problem and allergies

Female, 23 Unmarried No illness diagnosed No medications Lmp - 4 sept My period started on 7th oct it appeared brown scanty and viscous it remained the same for 2 days then it changes into brown and red mixed scanty and clotty. After 2 or 3 days it became completely brown scanty or spotting. Since then, I am experiencing spotting of brown viscous discharge. Today( 22 oct ) I felt like I am having my periods again due to mild cramps and discomfort but its again brown fluid in moderate quantity. What should I do? Is it normal? I usually take combiflan for period cramps

I am 40 years old male. Had problems with heart 10 years back a small micocardial infraction since then using ecosprine and chlostrol control tablet , there were no problems.  Now one week back felt discomfort and found BP went up to 170/110 mmHg but ECG and blood test said no issues with heart. Subsequently visited Carodigly Dr. , Taking Amlogard-10 mg and seklon 25mg for two weeks , now BP settled to 128/83 mm Hg . Should I continue taking tablet for BP or any systemic way of quitting the medicine . I do 3km jogging for 40 min morning and evening for the last one week before I was hitting gym hard but Covid put me rest for 3 months.
