Hi. I am 23 and i never done masturbation. All i just had is wet dreams till now and then eject.While everyone out there seems to be doing like a hobby. Also i feel uncomfortable to do masturbation for various reasons 1) I have a have wrong presumption that its a bad hadit, and ppl usually gets addicted. 2)Aso, by looking my penis shape I feel lil discomfort to do and loose confidence. 3) may be just because i might have started doing it in early stages . I had been facing urine infection issue since a year and have taken antibiotic for the same however the infection has become quite often . My urine test shows mild infection but the I suppose it's due to delay in the urine sample given by me . I also get pain in my lower stomach n the symptoms are of kidney stone but after showing the doctors they say thers no such issue . But my pain is constant . My kidney test is fine too . I m worried if my doctors are too lenient or are unable to find the root cause . Now I had infection and this time for the 1st time ever I have very bad virginal discomfort n itchiness . Please advice a medicine to apply .

Hi Dr, my B12 level is 220. Is it really low? I have shoulder pain, hand pain, leg pain and discomfort in balance when I turn my head either of the side. All blood test and brain, spinal cord mri are normal. I was too worried about Parkinson’s so I visited the movement disorder specialist just by looking at me he said to visit psychiatrist. But I did not visit any psychiatrist. It's been 8 months now nothing has changed nor symptoms are increasing nor decreasing. But three weeks back my thumb started twitching I was completely made my self assured that I got parkinson's. But after one day it stopped twitching. Till now twitching has not come back. If I visit neurologist then again he will ask me to meet the psychiatrist. What is your opinion. I am too worried

I noticed a light gray to slightly yellowish vaginal discharge with a slimy consistency and a very strong foul, spoiled, fishy-like odor. There was also a small jet black speck mixed within the discharge. This is the first time I have experienced gray-colored discharge, although I have had transparent foul-smelling discharge in the past. My menstrual period ended about four days ago. I am not experiencing itching, burning, pain while urinating, or any other discomfort. I would like to be evaluated to determine the cause of this abnormal discharge and odor and receive appropriate treatment if needed.

I have vulval candidiasis first diagnosed in 2023 with itching near layers close to clitoris and curd like discharge. It keeps reoccurring after every 3-4 months mostly after periods or usage of pads. I have done treatment of flucanzole, yellow vaginal insert tablet Bilastine 40mg , itracanzazole, local application tube lulicanzazole, fenza capsule 600 mg over past 2-3 years. I keep them handy whenever the infection triggers I consume them. But it just keeps reoccurring. Early used to reoccurring every 2 months Now when I moved to itracanzaznole it moved to 4 months . How can I treat it completely? It's very stressful and sometimes hamper my activities and is discomforting. How to fix it from root.

Hi, Approximately two days ago, I began experiencing severe acid reflux accompanied by persistent hiccups. Despite drinking plenty of water, I found little to no relief. Since then, I have developed a continuous pain in the upper right side of my chest that occurs whenever I eat or drink, even with a single sip of water. The pain is sharp and intense, arising immediately upon swallowing, and it often radiates toward my back. Interestingly, the discomfort seems to improve when I am lying down or asleep. Given these symptoms, I would like to understand what could be causing this condition.

From 3 days I am having headache around the temple area and head area around ear the intensity is medium and low range but there is a sense of discomfort and from yesterday I am feeling also sore throat(gale mei kharaash) and I also have pain in the left area of the neck I have taken disprin the first day and the rest days I have taken paracetamol 650 one at a day but the headache has not gone completely and freshness is not there what is it and how many days it will take to be completely gone and any treatment please tell before that I have drank cold drink and chilled fruit juice with ice..

For the last 20 days I have had a breathing/inhaling discomfort where I feel unable to take a fully satisfying deep breath. It is worse in hot and humid weather and improves in AC. Symptoms are usually less in the morning and at night. This started after a few panic/anxiety episodes about a month ago, for which my doctor prescribed Nexito 10 and Zapiz 0.5. Even when I don't feel anxious, the breathing issue can still occur, although it makes me anxious when it happens. ECG was normal except sinus tachycardia. CBC, sodium, potassium and TSH were normal, CRP was 21 and ESR was 12. I also have mildly elevated liver enzymes. Two doctors examined my lungs and said they sound clear. Could this be anxiety-related or does it suggest a lung problem?

I have been having headaches since may 11 earlier only left head pain ,left eye pain, neck pain & scalp pain consulted general physician he gave medicine for migraine no improvement .consulted eye doctor no power no eye pressure he too suggested migraine course for 3 weeks .i had a broken wisdom teeth dentist said maybe thats the problem got that removed as well on may 25 .may 26 no pain in tooth site just a little discomfort while chewing &soreness .since may 26 afternoon having severe headache now the headache is allover pain in both eyes, scalp pain, neck hurting alot what do u suggest .

Doctor, I am getting right ear pain very frequently. It's been more than a month. I consulted three ENT doctors. They did audiometry test, PTA test. Doctors suggested various medicines such as Nezoflo D nasal spray, T. Montair Fx, painkillers etc. The pain and discomfort is coming back again and again. I have to go to office and it has AC. Daily close to 8 hours I stay in office. I dont know how to get rid of this pain. Not sure what next to do. Right ear feel like its blocked like how we feel after reaching some altitude. I am not able to understand what can help this pain to resolve once and for all. Please help.
