I'm 18 yrs old, I m feeling discomfort in my stomach areas.. Mainly in upper abdomen when I m lying on my bed it Is feeling like gas is running also my lower abdomen smells feeling rigid when pressing also bloating...also missed period...took ipill on 27 Feb 3 hrs after unp. Sex...then bleeding start on 28 feb and continued till 5 March! Period should b on on 14 mrch but now missed also farting and there is some kind of movement in uper stomach that is making me nauseatic and farting! Also hard pebble stool... Am I pregnant???

Missed periods can be because of ipill causing the bleeding between 28 and 5th. This may not be because of pregnancy. Urine pregnancy test may done, and repeated after 15 days.

To confirm u can jus get a urine pregnancy test done.. that would easily clear ur doubt.. the symptoms seem more of gastritis though
