It's been almost 15 days since I've been taking medicine for my stomach and esophagus discomfort, burning, feeling of fullness and nausea. The doctor said I have dyspepsia. I'm 50% better than the first day. I never ate fast food, junk food, tea/coffee, cold beverages, soda drinks, milky and oily dishes. Why is my stomach not getting well? Why did this issue happen to me? I'm too worried about it 😥

I have seen too many young people (20 to 30 years old) who have severe symptoms regarding stomach and oesophagus. Quite a few of them have had endoscopy also. Perhaps this is being seen more frequently on Practo than in our Clinical practice.
I wonder if any one of them tries lifestyle modifications to control their symptoms. It is worthwhile adopting lifestyle modifications into your life permanently. That may be better than a lifetime of medicines.
