Dear doctor, I had visited a dentist for crown replacement of the front canine tooth because it was too big and obstructive. The doctor however said an implant replacement will be needed. On paying 30k for the implant the crown which the dentist put is still causing discomfort as my tongue continually gets in touch with it and causes salivation which escapes with a sound from the gap between the crown and molar. Kindly help if I could get a tooth crown that won't cause this problem!!     Also the back of the crown is metallic and bulgy. I am told nothing can be done and even non metallic crown will causes this problem. Doctors please advise

Hi, I had went under PCNL for kidney stone (20 mm approx) removal from my Left Kidney 35 days ago. A stent was placed which was removed 20 days ago & ureteroscopy was also done. Since then I have been on Faronem +Veltim-s for a week, Then I was on zenflox+Alfoo for another week and now I am on Uripil. Initially right after the stent removal, I experienced severe burning in urethra while urinating and after that with blood discharge at high level. But as I continued taking the above prescribed medication from my surgeon it decreased gradually. One of the major problem was I felt severe discomfort during erection. Still today as I am on uripil, It burns while urinating, 1-4 drops of blood pass out right at the end of urination and erection still hurts. Kindly suggest..

Hey doc ! It's been a month with this condition. A month ago i had hyper acidity, which Freaked me out to core, the symptoms were so freaking scary. I thought i was having some heart problem. My GP advised some tests such as ECG, ECHO, THYROID, and Other blood tests which all came normal ! But since then i developed a kind of fear that something bad is gonna happen to me ! Everytime i place my hand on chest i feel my heart beat which freaks me out more. Though the pulse is normal. I feel constant body pain, fear, chest discomfort, etc i am not able to move on from this. Someone adviced me a TMT, so should i go for it ?

I've had this lesion since May 2017, I noticed it cause it was painful like a pimple at first and it was a kind of pink/flesh colored. I tried removing it myself May 2017 using baking soda paste, it scabbed, fell off and grew back about 2 weeks later, only now it looks like a brown uniform color. It isn't painful at all, doesn't itch or cause any discomfort physically, I haven't noticed it get bigger or change shape. Does this look like a melanoma? I've never used tanning beds and don't spend much time in the sun. Pictures I have provided are taken 2 years apart. Thank you for your time.

I have been treating for jaw disorder. Thr first step of my treatment was splint therapy and now the 2nd phase of my treatment (ortho with braces and elastic) has started few months ago. Now my improvements are -1)I can chew food far better than before, 2)no pain,no clicking sound, can talk better etc. But even now my facial symmetry was not regained, my cheek muscles are somewhat tight and contracted, some neck and back discomfort etc. All the days I am living with confusion,doubts,stress, worry etc.what should I do in this situation? Am I treating properly and correctly? Please help me and clear my doubts and queries...

Hi I have been experiencing slight bloating and abdominal pain from past 7-8 days.The pain is minor but occurs in different areas of the abdomen(keeps changing locations) at different times.The discomfort has not gotten worst over these days.Also would like to mention that i have recently been traveling which has resulted in constantly eating outside food.Would love to know the cause and ways to resolve and hopefully nothing serious to worry about.Please help.I read on google that it could be cancer hence was little worried..Hoping to find answers and treatments.The pain is very mild and is not constant its keeps coming and going.When i am busy cant even notice it.Please help hopefully its not serious or anything to worry about.

I have type 2 malocclusion (protruding type teeth). Due to this I used to forcefully clench or grind my teeth to touch my upper and lower row of teeth. After some days of this activity I feel pain near my jaw area and all the muscle near my jaw area are so tight and contracted that it changes the natural shape of my face. Now I am feeling difficulty in my jaw joint, my teeth do not fit properly,neck and back discomfort with tight musles and many more.... Is this problem curable? Will this problem permanently damage my jaw joint or something else? What can I do for myself during this condition with my treatment (first splint and then braces)? Please clear my all the doubts tension and please help...

Hi i am 33m 70kg lean 2 months back my upper thigh muscle of left leg was started paining while playing cricket, it was normal while I do nothing but while play again especially bowling and during lunges in work out it is discomfort, went to doctor xray was taken given pain killers for 10 days d3 1l iu shots monthly taken one and meaxon gold injection weekly already taken 3, taken complete rest for 2 weeks today morning after jogging tried to lunge severe pain after 5 mins OK, while walking in evening in shoe my feet feels numb All along these days plz help Thank yoh

Got chest pain in December initially thought I will go away..but when it's not then got scared. Visited doctor and get the ECG AND 2D ECHO DONE. result was normal. Doctors said no heart issue. After sometime still feeling chest discomfort and burping. So I have done the endoscopy..result was small hiatus hernia and multiple duodenal erosion gastric. Doctor has advised superia 20. Acidity has been reduces to some extent. But sometimes feels dizziness. Also I was getting palpitation but when doing exercise(running) after that palpitation comes down normal. When I go to bed, if I am sleeping up side down I mean stomach down then after sometimes I feels my heart palpitation increases.if I sleep normal in straight no issue. Please advise? If you want I will upload the test result.

My jaw, neck and shoulder muscles are so tight due of excessive clenching type activity consciously because of protruding type misaligned teeth.The results are- 1)Now my face is out of normal shape 2)jaw disorder 3)discomfort and noise from neck and back etc. My treatment for tmj disorder by dentist is on the way. What maximum damage can occur to me because of this excessive clenching? Can this jaw problem be solved by splint therapy and ortho treatment? By what observations I can judge whether my treatment is improving my condition or making it worse? Please help me and answer all of my questions.
