I am taking homeopathic medication..
But still this pain and swelling like is not reducing..
Kindly help.. Say what is this..

Gynaecologist is saying i need to undergo surgery.. As it is ultimate solution..
But from past 3 months i am taking homeopathic medication..
No cure..
Little bit of itching reduced... But pain and discomfort and swelling is there in right side majora fold.. (clitoris or something)
Kindly help..
1st time developed in march 2022..
Ever since getting this.. On and off... Not reducing..
Pain and swelling reducing temporarly when taking antibiotics.. Again immediately getting this..
No infection detected in urine test.. (1 puss cell present)
Rest all normal in urine test
No stds or etc.. All negative in blood test(hsv; hbv; hcv; hiv; anti chlamydia; anti gonorrhoea etc)
Last sexual contact one year 4 months ago..
Please help what to do
