Need evaluation for drug resistance and also there is a very step by step algorithm for stepping up or down for the TB medications, kindly consult with Pulmonologist and do not stop medicine on your own without consulting
Next Steps
Stay safe and consult with Pulmonologist

donot stop the meds on your own..on basis of your reports a tailor made regime can be given which will be tolerated by you..but i repeat again, donot stop them..that can worsen your case and even cause drug resistance

Second time you should have restarted on hrze regimen.in most cases patients will tolerate it. Go for a physical consultation with a pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and proceed accordingly.
