Hello doctor. I have been brought up by my grandfather. I lost my mother when I was just 1 year old. My father has abandoned me and living with my stepmother. Life is very difficult for me to to live. I'm 21 years old but still I don't know to even ride a bike. I is a very small problem but it is very embarrassing for me. People are bullying me for that. There is no one to teach me to ride a bike. In fact I'm really afraid to ride a bike. I don't know the traffic rules. I think fear is the reason why I'm not being able to ride. How to come out of the fear and live a normal life like how others live? I need your help badly. I'm in a very pathetic situation. I'm crying everyday. Dear doctors around, I and my girlfriend started having a little foreplay and that went on a little deep without us knowing. So a few days before thanksgiving i went to the er for stomach pain. I ended up back in ther the next day for the same thing and for the fact i couldnt feel my feet and legs and head aches. I have never revealed this to anyone before.kept it within myself for over 7years...but i told this to a girl..and things started getting worse..and now getiing out of control... I see white deposits deep down on the backside of throat wall... Not sure if that's in fact in the food pipe mouth itself. As such it is not troublong me. But I obsevered it around a year and half back. I did not find any information about it on web. Is there anything known about such thing? I am trying to find more because I have been getting throat infection frequently since last couple of years and it takes weeks to recover. Doc says it just due to weather change or eating outside or cold drinks which somehow I m not able to accept as I used to not had to visit doctor for years and suddenly it has changed. Trying to find out if white deposits as I explained above has anything to do with reoccurring throat infection.

I have LPP on neck face n limbs. It's been more than a year and it's been increasing. Face has become really dark. I don't have any lesions. It's just like hyper pigmentation. I'm using sunscreen everyday. I've started using undergoing photo therapy for the past two months. Till now I'm under 600mg NBUVB. but I don't feel this is helping me. My existing pigmentation has become darker and skin has become drier. Very dry in fact I feel I can see wrinkles :( Is there a solution like home remedy? Should I apply sunscreen when I go for morning jogging from 7 to 7:30 AM ??? Cos doctor has told me to avoid sun. Is there any treatment without side effects to improve my face complexion n skin condition?? Please advise.

I am very sensitive to how people perceive me . whenever I talk to someone except my mother I an very cautious of what to say in fact i m a bit scared to be honest if it's between 4-5 or more people. The problem is whenever I reply something foolish which I do mostly. .. I after the incident become depressed with only that sentence of mine.
