Hello Madam/ Sir I haven't got my periods since my last cycle July 17-22. Took 2 urine pregnancy tests and came out negative I even consulted a gynaecologist and took up Beta HGC and Prolactin tests. Beta HCG : 2.0 mU/mL Prolactin : 14 ng/mL I also have a itchy vagina along with white, dry and curdy discharge. Is it a yeast infection? Considering the fact that it's negative pregnancy Kindly assist. Thanks in advance

Hello Doctors , My self is 22 , I have notices some blood in stool earlier this month , These occurred to me in last year also , the same month . I have gas issues from childhood.Since last month I am feeling constipated.Now I saw lumps above groin,in legs , And in chest - varies in size , Nothing visible to eye .Deep under skin.Some lumps feels like filled with fluid.Stool size is normal.But consistency varies some time. I have joint pain also.Severe in arm joints.Burning like pain.What may be the reason.The blood in tool occurred previously about the same time.In the month of August.No weight loss till now.In fact weight has increased.Which I intentionally did.What may be the reason.Which specialist should I meet.What tests should I do? Anxiety is killing me!

My brother is in depression ,it's been more than 2.5 months  . But right now I think he is in very low phase right now .He only talks to me but bot not on daily basis sometimes he get irritated by this also . He gets irritated by doing basic chores like brushing bathing . Sometimes he don't even bother to brush or bath . He doesn't even care about his looks beard etc . Barely eats . Eats only one time of the day and that also according to mood. Keeps lights always close unless he has to eat . I have been suggesting him to take a help from a doctor but he doesn't listen says . If we want to help him that don't help him . And if he will go outside for help they won't understand what I'm going through , In fact no one in this world can understand what I'm going through . So I'll heal myself I don't need anyone's help cause they will only worsen this . I can't force him but as a specialist can any one suggest me what can do to make it little better .

Hello Doctor, Writing this for my husband. We are married for 6 years now and have not conceived yet. My husband has erection and motility issue. He is overweight and doesn't show any interest in intercourse.In this 6 years , we have had intercourse in only 1st 3 months of marriage. Now a days i am having so much desire to enjoy the pleasure but he doesn't show interest at all. I am waiting for 5.5 years now thinking that he will understand me.Sometimes he takes penegra to get erection but he doesn't last for more than a minute also he does it with great difficulty without any interest. When i say i am interested he gives reasons like , penegra is having side effects which is not ok him, bed is not ok, he is tired, leg is paining, not today since he is not having mood etc. is my desire for having intercourse wrong ? Or do i have to just leave with the fact and not wish for good sex at all? He is not interested in visiting any doctor and take corrective steps as well.

I have recently been diagnoised with Organism: Staph Aureus in my throat culture with only 5 antibiotics sensitive, even it is resistant to Vancomycin. I have been suffering from it since 10 years now. I had visited more than 7 to 8 doctors, even tried ayurvedic and homeopathy treatments but no body diagnosed it correctly until recently. I have been on Clarithromycin and Moxifloxacin. Still I don't see much improvement. I am worried that it might have spread to my family members. How can I assure that it has not been spread, I really worried about my family. Please help. Which specialist should I approach who has proper understanding of this serious infectious disease for my family. Also is it treatable or I have to accept the fact that it is not treatable anymore.

Dear doctors, Please provide your valuable advise on this issue. I'm an IT professional and tend to sit and work for 10 to 11 hrs on average, 5 days a week. From few months I notice swelling on legs after few hours of constant sitting. On weekends/nights/early morning I don't face this Urine is normal, no back pain, no muscle pain, appetite, motion are fine. No sudden weight loss or gain. In fact i don't see any other issues. Today I got RFT done, creatinine serum is 1.2 Thyroid results is awaited.. Urea is 23. Could you please advise if I develop any kidney issues? How can I bring the creatinine levels down? I have un even skin tone, skin under sun exposure looks darker and un healthy dull. Whereas skin area which doesn't comes under direct exposure of Sun is quite fair. This visible difference is quite clear starting from my face to my neck to my hands all have different skin color. I am trying to avoid sun as much as possible in fact working from home.. But seems skin damage from past days is un recoverable. I have tried laser is small section of my hand and with 2 sessions itself could see the area color has changed to quite lighter shade

I am 27 years old unmarried girl. These days i am pretty upset and sad. I lose my patience quite often and get angry soon. Also, i cry randomly (though i am not a very emotional person). Reason being that my best friend of 10 years is getting married and i am getting separation anxiety. For past many years our life revolves around each other. She has always made me her epicenter. I have always remained her priority. I am not properly dealing with the fact that she now has someone else in her life and she needs to talk to him as well. She is still giving me the time. But its hurting me that 3rd person has come between us. I get angry when she tells me about their talks. I have verbally abused her and made her chose between me and him. All this is bringing out lot of negativity in me. And it hurts me that i am ruining the life of the person whom i love the most.

I get the urge to go urinate every 2 hours, max 8 times day. I have taken my blood sugar, urine routine and USG of pelvic area which are all normal. I have no pain, burning sensation or discomfort of any kind. Except this persistent urge that came out of nowhere. I have been speak to multiple doctors and they mentioned it could be stress and anxiety. I agree to the fact that I take a lot of stress but I just want to know if any physical issue is causing this. Hi Professionals, I have an aunt and she suddenly unwell since last Wednesday, 1st December 2021 like she is having High fever, Vomiting, Back side pain and No urine since last 24 hours. Further, we have done investigation and it was detected that she is having Bilateral Acute Kidney Infection. Another fact, since September last week of this year, she is under medication for Kidney treat by tablets and capsules.. Creatinine Levels - 1. 4th October - 5.0 2. 1st December - 1.7 3. 4th December - 4.8 There is sudden spike has seen because of unwell.. Today, we came to know that she is having a history of HIV positive in 20 years back and taking medicines.. I am looking for all your suggestions.. What would be the right move.. It looks like dialysis needed and antibiotics too.. Looking for the right suggestions...
