I see white deposits deep down on the backside of throat wall... Not sure if that's in fact in the food pipe mouth itself. As such it is not troublong me. But I obsevered it around a year and half back. I did not find any information about it on web. Is there anything known about such thing? I am trying to find more because I have been getting throat infection frequently since last couple of years and it takes weeks to recover. Doc says it just due to weather change or eating outside or cold drinks which somehow I m not able to accept as I used to not had to visit doctor for years and suddenly it has changed. Trying to find out if white deposits as I explained above has anything to do with reoccurring throat infection.

I have LPP on neck face n limbs. It's been more than a year and it's been increasing. Face has become really dark. I don't have any lesions. It's just like hyper pigmentation. I'm using sunscreen everyday. I've started using undergoing photo therapy for the past two months. Till now I'm under 600mg NBUVB. but I don't feel this is helping me. My existing pigmentation has become darker and skin has become drier. Very dry in fact I feel I can see wrinkles :( Is there a solution like home remedy? Should I apply sunscreen when I go for morning jogging from 7 to 7:30 AM ??? Cos doctor has told me to avoid sun. Is there any treatment without side effects to improve my face complexion n skin condition?? Please advise.

I am very sensitive to how people perceive me . whenever I talk to someone except my mother I an very cautious of what to say in fact i m a bit scared to be honest if it's between 4-5 or more people. The problem is whenever I reply something foolish which I do mostly. .. I after the incident become depressed with only that sentence of mine. I regret , feel guilty, always go through self shaming cry. I don't know what to say or talk about to people with whom I don't talk on a regular basis. My mother is the person with whom I share every thing . please suggest me how should I face these situations. Why am I so awkward. It's happening since 4-5 yrs .I shouldn't be so self cautious. One more thing I would like to add of someone says something negative about me then it becomes very difficult to overcome that ( for weeks) i am not able to reply anything , stand for myself at least. My newly adopted 3-4 weeks old stray puppy never listens to me. In spite it runs to the neighbour lady who used to feed it sometimes when it was a street dog. But I found it cute n adopted him. I used to let it go outside to play before it got bitten by a stray dog. I consulted a vet. Doctor and gave proper medications. Now he is fine. But I don't let it go out side to play with other dogs as m scared if he gets bitten again but I spend a lot of time WD it play WD it feed it bath etc. But I don't like the fact that it never responds to me. But when that neighbour calls him it runs to her. Why? :( Plus he z so lazi inside the home always keeps on sleeping...

Hi I am facing a very severe hair fall (shedding). Likely reasons are as below: 1) Hard water in the place I live. Hello, I live in Ireland, i recently visited Saudi arabia for a pilgrimage. After a few days upon arrival i got a severe cold and wet cough. I was drinking cold water at first but stopped due to nose congestion. i was also sleeping in AC daily. I was cleaning my nose daily as soon as it got congested. I was back in Ireland but still after 2 weeks my cold is not healed In fact I'm getting dark yellow mucus daily. I took paracetamol but I don't think it's effective as i might have an infection or bacterial infection. I don't know which medication I should take. I did research on my mucus color on the Internet, it said that i might have an infection. Should i take antibiotics as i have dark yellow mucus.

I had unprotected intercourse 3 days ago. He didn't come inside of me, but it was over the area above my opening and mons pubis (had to look it up what's it called).
