Few months back I did my blood test and my but d and vit b12 was low in fact b12 was very low. Doctor gave me vit d for a month and surbex gold d for 1 month. I have issue with my sleep I try to sleep by 10 pm but some time I wake at 2 some time 3. After that I try to sleep sometime I get sleep before I finally wake up at 430 or 5 am. I do not have stress I do my yoga regularly except when I feel sleepy I cycle to my office almost every approx 5km total So not sure why I have sleep problem I do not have no sugar etc but have family history of that due to which for past few months I have stopped intake of sugar except i take fruits

I have been observing that I am low on confidence since I parted ways with a narcissistic guy. Its been a few years to it. I have moved on and happier than ever so I am not carrying any past emotions. However, I have noticed this change in me since then of being low in confidence in action and speech. I have been keeping myself busy, working on career but my performance in every field is is not bold. I thought I am a perfectionnist but the fact is, that I am just low on confidence to realise my worth. My close ones think that I have a careless/chill attitude but it all comes down to me not realising my 100% potential in anything I do. I miss my bold and firm personality. I would need tips on how to work on myself. Kindly suggest how can I get better at it.

Hi Doctor, I am seeking your advice for several skin and facial issues that I have been experiencing over the past two years. Since moving to a new city, my skin has significantly deteriorated. I am dealing with persistent acne, open pores, and dull, dehydrated skin. Additionally, I have red marks on my skin that are not fading easily. I did not have these problems when I was 20 years old; my skin was healthy and clear back then. Given these symptoms and the fact that they appeared after my relocation, I am concerned that they may be early signs of PCOS or PCOD. Could you please suggest medications or treatments that could help me address these issues.

There's this condition I'm suffering and I feel it's piles or haemorrhoids the fact is I have felt burning sensation and itching in my anus since past a month and it pains while passing my stool I took warm baths to release the pain The pain is gone after some time of passing stool and reappears sometime again when you pass your stool Please suggest some medicins to relief the pain and treat external piles in a faster way. I have -4.5 sp -1.5 cyl and almost similar power in the other eye. What type of lens is best suited? I heard from someone that lenses can be customised and made thinner even with this power. It helps in a sharper vision and stables the power. After -5 or -6, the power increases rapidly. So thin lens- blue cut are suggested. But some people said, all blue cut lens are same and come with thin variety as well. I am confused if these facts about stabilizing power with thin lens is correct or not. Please share some information about the lens to be used and what us the matter with thick and thin lens.

My sibling is behaving very weirdly. She was very good in studies but she dropped out of college and perused online degree but seems in no mood to finish that as well. Abuses my father and mother and doesn't care even if neighbors come to see what she's abusing. She was diagnosed with depression a year ago. She hates my parents like they are her enemy even though they have always treated her like princess and blames them for her own failure despite the fact they didn't even scold her for dropping out thinking she's depressed. Is she really depressed or just extremely ill mannered and bad person? Is there any rehab center extremely cheap around 20k per month where we could send her? We cannot afford more at the moment as my father doesn't earn and I'm only working person in my home.

Hello. I've been having excessive itchiness on the back of my left hand. It has developed into red spots and there is raised skin around the reddish spots. This maybe due to the fact that I scratch the region( red spots in pic) using clothing. Further, I always had a tendency to frequently wash hands with soap but after COVID, the intensity of hand washing has increased manifold. Now what is happening is that, when hands are wet, it itches significantly less, but as soon as it dries up it starts itching again. I've had such allergies around my neck region and was prescribed to apply Renidex drops and take Atarax 10 mg twice for neck-skin allergy situations. Can I use the same combination for my hand? Or should some other medicine be applied? Please help? It is spreading to rest of my hand too. 🙏

Hello sir, I'm 19 years old and I had a small query about cardiovascular diseases running in my family My grandfather ( my father dad ) had a heart attack at 51 and died due to the fact that his brother is diabetic and also died from a heart attack at 60 .my grandmother (my father's mother) is completely healthy and dad and his brother and sisters are completely healthy they are in their 50's my mother's father and mother are completely healthy and my great grandfather (parents of my mother's father) and great grandmother  are also completely healthy in their 80's. My mom is also completely healthy

I'd been consuming Deviry + Glyciphage since past 3-4 years since I couldn't get my periods normally at all. However, since the past 4-5 months, I started getting my periods naturally, although irregular in nature. They would sometimes come back within 15 days of getting over. This time, during last month, on 16th June, I got my periods again naturally. They usually last 5-6 days for me so by 5th day I was done. But from 8th day I noticed that I started spotting again. I've now been spotting since the last 10-12 days and my spotting won't stop. It isn't heavy flow, but I do bleed 3-4 drops per day. Is this a side effect of the previous medication? Is this normal? Will it go away on its own? Because there's no other symptom other than the fact that I'm bleeding this long. Please help.

My mother, who is 68 years old, has been complaining for the past few months that her left leg moves more slowly when she walks than her right.Due to this, after walking for a distance, she must stop for a while out of fear that she would fall. After stopping for a while, say for five to ten minutes, she can walk normally for a distance again without any problems. Also, in order to touch down her left leg on the ground while climbing steps, she must exert more force on her left leg. She can't walk quickly like a normal person because her two legs aren't moving at the same speed when she walks; in fact, her left leg is movingmore slowly than her right. As a result, whenever she needs to walk somewhere, she avoids it because of this walking issue. Other than that, none of her legs hurt when she is standing or sitting.Only when walking does one leg move more slowly than the other, which I believe is a result of weakness or some form of numbness in that leg. I need your insightful input
