My free testosterone levels came low around 1.7 ng / dl while total testosterone came 890 ng / dl . Making free testosterone 0.18% of total testosterone . In the trusted health sites , mention it to be around 1-2 % to be normal yet I am 10 times below . No doctors see it and just dismiss me . My FSH was also low around 1.4 miu/ ml . Can anybody advice why my free testosterone is so low . I am active and take good diet . I have gyno since I was 12 . I have no morning erections at all. I also get trouble while getting and maintaining an erection . Everyone dismisses by saying you are reading google . But it is a fact that i am saying but why don't they listen .

• Your total testosterone is normal/high at 890 ng/dL, but your free testosterone is very low (1.7 ng/dL), meaning only about 0.18% is available, far below the typical 1–2% range.
• This discrepancy often points to high levels of Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin (SHBG), which binds testosterone and makes it inactive.
• Your low FSH (1.4 mIU/mL) raises concerns about potential pituitary or estrogen-related feedback issues, which might be linked to your long history of gynecomastia and current sexual dysfunction.
• Additional testing—such as measuring SHBG, estradiol, LH, prolactin, and thyroid hormones—is needed for a full picture.
• Consultation with good endocrinologist and urologist is recommended to properly diagnose and manage the underlying hormonal imbalance.
