I am suffering from maladaptive daydreaming since I was 14 years old.
The issue is I always feel low about myself and the True fact is I am not able to achieve anything in life.
So I daydream about being successful and getting what I want in life.
Initially it used to give me self confidence and also had some control over it. Now, I have got addicted to it.
Also since I am not able to achieve anything everything I feel sad I have started to mast urbane as well
I know it is really bad, and I feel guilty every time I do it.
But when I am sad, confused or sometimes even boared, I either daydream or masturbarate without even knowing.
This has effected my focus and I am not able to be present. Especially I feel like I have lost control over time.
I really need to get out of this.

I presume that when you say you are daydreaming, you are actually fantasising, which most people do. Since fantasy has no boundaries, I feel there is nothing maladaptive about it. You fantasise about your success and gains but you are unable to achieve them in real terms. With this you lose your self-confidence and to overcome that inferiority complex, you masturbate. All these also make you feel guilty.
My take on your situation is like this - Life is not just about achieving, winning, succeeding etc. Life is to live meaningfully. You and you alone have to decide what gives meaning to your life.
