Dear 'Daydreamer', It looks like you are blessed with a  good imagination power and might be creative by nature too. One usually daydreams when they feel all that is happening around them is boring or something that doesn't seem to grasp their attention. Please do look at daydreaming as a boon and not a bane. Many famous entrepreneurs were daydreamers and they have done well in their lives. If your daydreams are frightening or saddening in nature then do get help from a clinical psychologist who can help you with understanding your dreams and coping with the underlying unconscious issues. With Regards, Dr. Nisha James
Next Steps
Journal your day dreams, they might be ideas that would be useful.
