I am sorry I trouble you kind Doctors with questions about same disease. The fear if this disease and the fact that I haven't done anything worthwhile in my life makes me more scared. 2 Questions: one if while eating outside me and my friend were talking when his spit shot up way up in my nose while speaking loudly as there was music there. Since the salad we were eating & water we were drinking may not be chlorinated as from hand pump. Second while washing hair some water went in my right nostril, I didn't feel pain or stuffiness in nose afterwards  and I blew my nose on fear for like 5 mins. Can in any of the above scenarios whether the spit droplets or the water go far up in my nasal passages and near the olfactory nerves to cause an N Fowleri amoeba infection? I know it's far fetched but I am very concerned.

Good evening. My daughter is 7 mos+ and nearly a month ago had diarrhea. I was unaware of the fact that I shouldn't give her milk, so I fed her milk during that episode , 5-6 times. Similac 2. My pediatrician didn't inform me about not giving her milk.or feeding her a lactose free formula. After that she is unable to consume lactose based formula. I have been giving her Isomil , on his recommendation but I am not satisfied with how is he is handling the stuff. My daughter's condition has definitely improved but whenever I trail her with similac, she develops colic pain. Though, initially it was followed by a mucosy stool, that has stopped. But she develops this colic. I am really very tensed to how to reintroduce lactose to her. When to, kindly guide me as I am not getting any proper guidance anywhere. Thank you

Since the past one week, I have been suffering some scary symptoms- right sided, weakness, dizziness, nausea, and overall sick.. today I went to neurologist who suggested MRI brain.. I got it done, but the Report will be available after two days. So i got the CD n took to neuro.. he checked the images n said its normal- I specifically asked him if there was any brain tumour, and he said no.. but the problem is that he did not say in very reassuring tone that everything is normal.. 2 yeare back when he told me my ct brain is okay he revealed very confidently.. this time didnt feel very reassured..he said its all anxiety n went away.. I want to know from you that did he hide some facts from me? Was there something in the Report which she did not want to reveal to me?

For the past 3 days I have been experiencing sudden pain (sometimes in intervals or most of the day - at times sharp but most times dull) in the middle of triangle area between my thighs. I have no idea why or how it started and I dont know if these are called cramps. If I touch there it pains. About 17 days ago I had a pelvic abdominal scan. They didnt tell me to have a full bladder but they nonetheless did scan and all was found normal. I was told I have IBS. Medications have taken the cramps away and Xifarix has helped form stools well. No more diahorrea. All of a sudden this pain happened and it is not going. I don't know if its gas related or the fact that I just yesterday completed my periods. Please help. I'm anxious.

Hello, My hair is severely matted and tangled. By tangled I do not mean knots at different lengths of the hair. In fact it seems like chunks of my hair are twisted to form this huge ball of knot that has my every hair possible. I have tried everything, using fingers from the bottom, hair oil, serum, conditioner, but nothing works. The knot is so severe and big that the hair products are unable to penetrate all the way into the centre. Please help. I do not want to cut off my hair which seems like the last resort (Looks like I may have to shave off my head) To those wondering, I am going through a phase of depression after delivery and trying my best to come out but i do not know how this happened. My hair was uncombed n matted so I tried using conditioner to detangle my hair n I thought I did, but this huge knot has led to another hit in my depression. Please advise any strong detangling product to use.

Hello Doctor I was suffering from painless bleeding piles till few years ago. But Homeopathy has cured me. However just recently I had a severe constipation which led to an emergence of an external Thrombosed Hemmoroids around the anal region and a size of a pea. It's not painful at all and I have no problem in the washroom. But the very fact that the pea shaped thrombosis is visible causing a concern. I have been advised surgery. Wish to know if homeopathy can shrink and make the Hemmoroid disappear??? I am currently under homeo treatment but seeing no result. I do not want to go for surgery. Your response shall be Highly appreciated.

Hello Doctors, I am 49 years old and have hypertension since 5 years now. Got tested last week, sugar and thyroid in normal range. Since last month, twice this has happened. When I got up from bed, i e. from sleeping position, I started feeling dizzy. Today, in fact, I was feeling very low and sleepy, so I took a nap. When I woke up and got up, I started feeling dizzy. Last year, I had ecg, echo and tmt, which all came normal. BP in each of these 2 episodes was 110/70 and 110/68 (today) respectively. So, I took one 200 ml sachet ors (Walyte). I have an epigastric hernia for which I am planning operation this winter. What can lead to this? Is my life in danger? What check ups can I get done? Please advise. Regards.

Hello Ridhima this side, I got mouth ulcers 4 days back(30th june morning), went to general physician yesterday, he has given 3 medicines - ITRACONAZOLE CAPSULE 200mg, Lycored, BILAGRA-M. Have taken two doses but there is no relief at all. In fact it has increased today, tongue has small blisters, can't speak and have pain while consuming liquid or solid. This is the second time i've got these. First time was in April just before my wedding. Consulted skin specialist that time, he said it's Stress Ulcer. Got cured with his medicine within 2 days. Please help.

I had ankle twists on both feet while playing different sports (football, basketball) in March 2020 and then further on a frequent basis. Now I keep feeling sweet pain or tingling sensations in both feet with sometimes ant movement-like feeling as well. After seated with folded legs for sometimes it is hard to walk for some 5 minutes. After a few months of left ankle twist i started feeling sensation at the back of my left shoulder as well. It keeps making certain sounds in fact all the foot joints knee joints and shoulder joints are making clicking sounds as if they are not in proper position and need some corrections. Kindly guide in this regard. I will be grateful and obliged.

I got a generalized seizure few days ago. I have had a seizure roughly 2.5 yrs ago. The common thing was night before the seizures i had troubled sleeping and i kept waking up due to recurring nightmares. This has only happened two times and at a very long gap. The neurophysician handling my case stated it as a case of epilepsy, ignoring the fact that it might be induced due to lack of sleep. Thr results for MRI, EEG and PET scan were normal. The doctor has started my medication for epilepsy and i am still not convinced that I have epilepsy. Can you please help me?
