I have pain which keeps moving in penis head , anal , hips, lower back , inner thighs and sometimes testis. My scrotal ultrasound is normal , urine culture and routine is normal. CBC is normal except a little bit high pdw and p-lcr. What problem is this??

Fever after Taxim 1mg & Amicin 500 .

I have took a combination of Taxim 1mg and Amicin 500 vaccine for my typhoid treatment along with my medications which are Zenflox Plus , Pureom-20 and Inolid-P. It this a safe way?
