Nuts before
Can we take nuts at night around 7 p. m before dinner on regular basis? Adding nuts in our breakfast is like little bit difficult in morning busy schedule. We usually sleep at 10.30p. m

Yes you can take nuts before dinner may be teatime there is no problems eating nuts any time of the day as they are filling and good source of protein and carbs ,as long you don't exceed the daily calories.

Yes u can mam Nuts are source of essential fatty , protein and  fibre. Take them in judicious quantity

mix seeds with them..like sunflower,  pumpkin,  flax, melon seeds etc
