Hi doctor yesterday I had sharp pinning pain in left side chest my family doctor has given gastric tablets ocid and Topnac P tablets . Whenever I'm getting burps I'm getting pricking feeling like something poking in chest left side. Is it muscle tightness or heart related issues or gastric problems kindly let me know

24months back I got Swollen lymph with pain at armpit and also mild body pain and fever. I took zerodol-p for fewer, after one week lymph disappeared. After that today I got again swollen lymph with pain at armpit. Why do I get this?? What is the cause for this?? What is the treatment for this??

Was diagnosed gout 5-6 years back and it was controlled for quite a few years with diet and lifestyle changes. It resurfaced during covid treatment last year with FabiFlu. Now having pain again, taking Zyloric as per consultations in the past but not sure if I should continue with Diclomol to subside pain or some other painkiller which suits best because during covid gout was prescribed Acenac P also. My father sputum culture show klebsiella p.  I give sample to Apollo lab and dr dang lab. But these two lab give different sensitivity pattern for drugs. One lab show sensitivity to meropenem & amoxy/clavlun and other lab show resistance to it. Pls someone clear this confusion
