Can we take nuts at night around 7 p. m before dinner on regular basis? Adding nuts in our breakfast is like little bit difficult in morning busy schedule. We usually sleep at 10.30p. m

Madam / Sir, I have a full ligament tear in my right knee and have been advised surgery. I am given to understand It's a one day admisson procedure. 1) In how much time can I walk without crutches and perhaps climb stairs also. 2)In the present circumstances due to the pandemic -is it safe to visit the hospital and undergo the surgery... I usually avoid taking tablets. But, a few days back, I got an extreme headache and i took just one tablet of zerodol p and I recovered from the headache but after I have taken the tablet I felt toxic, my tast was changed, I was not able to eat properly, and even I could feel it in my food. Now the problem has little bit eased but still I am feeling dehydrated and drained

My daughter 20 months old is having fever from yesterday and it is going till 103.6 soon after giving meftal p syrup it will come down. Again with in 4 hours her fever will hikes to 102/103. A doctor near by prescribed urine routine for her which is normal. Why it is happening is this something I need to worry immediately.? Or current medication is fine? Thanks
